In addition to the two bedrooms, there’s an extra sleeping area with a twin bed and trundle—perfect for kids or additional guests.

Located in Palm Beach, you’re just one mile from Galveston Island State Park and a short seven-mile drive to Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, and convenient shopping at Walmart.

Easy access to beach. Nice ocean view from the deck. Needs maintenance and repairs: front door lock difficult to open, repair shower door(has a brick to hold shower door closed), bathroom sinks drain slowly, air filters need changing, missing smoke alarm, to name a few.

This property has a perfect location. Just a 20 second walk to the beach, just far enough away from the crowded tourist areas of Galveston, so you can relax. The house is very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with. Would 100% stay again.

This property is absolutely perfect! The owners did a great job communicating when I noticed a small problem, the house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable! We will definitely be back!!! 1 warning is the mosquitoes are absolutely horrible when you are on the ground so bring spray.

We bought this house shortly after Hurricane IKE in 2009. The construction project to renovate this house was long and costly but we absolutely fell in love with our new beach house and would do it again. The neighborhood is quiet and a perfect place to get away from it all.

Why they chose this property

Why did we buy this house? Our initial intention was to help rebuild Galveston after the devastation of Hurricane IKE. The spontaneous decision transformed into a lot of hard work of clean ups, restorations, and rebuildings.

What makes this property unique

This is no doubt a perfect house to get away from it all. Surrounded by the ocean waves and sea breeze. A quiet neighborhood where neighbors take time to wave hello at crossing on the beach or passing by as you are sitting on the deck.
