The Space
Built for multi-family stays, this three-story home gives everyone room to spread out while still feeling connected. Whether you’re traveling with grandparents, kids, or another family, the layout makes it easy to be together without feeling crowded.

The main level is designed for gathering, with an open living area, gas fireplace, and a spacious kitchen with a large island and seating for the group. Just off the living space, the main-floor king suite offers a comfortable, stair-free option.

Upstairs features a second private king suite, plus an additional king bedroom and a queen room, giving flexible options for couples and families.

The third floor is a dedicated hangout space with its own sleeping area, making it a great setup for kids or teens to have their own zone while adults relax below.

• Occupancy: Maximum of 11 guests
• No Smoking or Pets

Parking (Important at Olivia Beach)
Parking rules are strictly enforced in this neighborhood, so please follow these guidelines:
• 3 to 4 vehicles can park behind the home
• Garage fits one compact vehicle
• Do not block the rear alley at any time
• Street parking in front of the home is not allowed

Cleaning & Care
• Professionally cleaned before every stay
• Please treat the home with care during your visit

• Accidental damage protection is in place to help cover minor incidents during your stay
Smoking is not allowed on the property at any time.
Events or large gatherings are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed inside the home at any time.
Please use furnishings and appliances for their intended use only.
Please be aware Lincoln City has a strict `noise curfew` of 10PM. Be sure to keep noise down after that time. Any noise complaints received will result in a $75 fine.
The community pool is open from Memorial Day through the end of September. The rules and policies for the pool are located in the binder on the kitchen counter. The electronic fob is hanging on the coat hook by the back door. Be sure to return key to hoo when departing. Failure to do so will result in a $60 replacement charge.
Please clean BBQ after each use. Make sure ti is attached to wall of house with bungee cord when departing.
