Welcome to your perfect summer getaway! This newly updated, stunning 3-bedroom (+bonus room with sleeper sofa)/2-bathroom home is designed for comfort, relaxation, and fun. Whether you're planning a family vacation, a friends retreat, or a long weekend escape, this home has everything you need for a memorable stay.

What You’ll Love:
Spacious & Private Layout – The master suite is thoughtfully separated from the other bedrooms, offering peace & privacy from kids.

Bonus Game Room – Enjoy a game night in the extra space, complete with a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.

Beautiful Open-Concept Kitchen & Living Area – Perfect for gathering, cooking, and making memories.

Backyard Oasis – Giant fenced-in yard with a deck, picnic table, firepit area, outdoor shower, grill, and yard games for endless entertainment.

The Space:
Master Bedroom: King bed, ensuite bathroom, and plenty of closet space. Slider door to the deck and backyard. We have a collapsable full size crib available if you have a baby/toddler that will easily fit in the master.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed with cozy decor & wood beams on the ceiling.

Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, great for kids or extra guests.

Bonus Game Room: Queen sleeper sofa, board games, foosball table, and space to hang out.

Kitchen: Fully stocked with modern appliances and everything you need to cook. Highchair for convenience if you have a baby with you.
Living/Dining Area: Open-concept with comfortable seating, a large dining table, and a Smart TV for streaming.

Backyard Retreat: Roast marshmallows by the firepit, enjoy a meal at the picnic table, rinse off in the outdoor shower, or challenge your group to a game of cornhole!

Great location

Very clean, friendly neighborhood and the host was very responsive. Would stay again next trip down to visit family we have in the Lewes area.

If i could give this property 10 stars, I would! It was my family and I's first experience renting accommodations that were not a hotel and this was everything we hoped it would be and more! Check in process was smooth and easy. The home is beautiful both on the outside and beautifully decorated on inside, is spacious, and clean. It was so nice for the primary bedroom to be on a separate side of the house from the other two bedrooms so we could have some space from the kids at night :). The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and it was not far off the Route 1 strip near tanger outlets and other stores and restaurants and attractions. The backyard was enormous and yard well manicured, with a lovely firepit in the back, large deck, and convenient outdoor shower to help get rid of all the sand when we returned from the beach! All appliances were newer and in good working order with utensils and basic supplies you may need. Entertainment, streaming services, and wifi all accessible. And the house felt safe and secure. We can't say enough about our stay! When we come back to the area this would be my first choice again and again when we want to have a tiny bit of distance from the hustle and bustle of the beach but still be nearby. It was just lovely. Thank you to the hosts!

Extremely nice place. Was super clean when we arrived and had just about everything we possibly needed. The host responded to every question within a couple of hours. Comfortably fit 4 adults and 4 children.
