Pleasant stay.

My pet peeves are cleanliness and bedding. The cleanliness was OK but I also felt that the older "leather" furniture gave it a not so clean appearance. The bedding sheets didn't feel like cotton and the "comforter" was too heavy plus a dark color which always has me doubtful of the cleanliness. In my opinion all bedding should be white so it leaves nothing to the imagination. Was well equipped, nice view, had a pleasant stay. I would return.

Thanks for the feedback. We value your feedback and have updated the master bedroom bedding with a lighter, white comforter. We have also notified housekeeping and they will make sure the unit is thoroughly cleaned. We are looking to purchase new couches and will update pictures accordingly. Thank you and hope you return! Not enthused

Checking in to our room was a bit if a hassle. Maid service was not done and had to come back to room 3 times because things were not done. I was told by the maid that something was spilled on twin bed but because she saw nothing she would go ahead and make the bed. Same comforter was used so I'm assuming all comforters on beds were not washed. Bath towels were very limited and just thrown in bedroom closet. There was things hid behind chair in living room with dust on them. Trash was left under chair. TV in living room is from the 80's. Maintenance man was extremely rude. He walks around yelling at kids to turn off water, stay off of rope, pick up shoes. If you want those things to be rules then have them posted. We vacationed here for years when our kids were little and then moved to gulf side. Decided to go back and very confident we will not be back. The only friendly person I came in contact with was the lady I checked in with on the first day.

I am sorry that upon arrival your room wasn't ready our check in time is between 4-5 pm. Our maid service was extremely busy that day as we were coming off the July 4th holiday week. With 30 check outs and 25 checks ins on that particular day. i will let the owner know that towels are short and needs to check inventory. There are times renters accidentally take home and do not return. The pool rope is a state law and is required to be in place at all times. If the rope breaks the pool has to be shut down until it can be replaced. Pool rules are listed on the pool walls.

We had stayed in this unit a few years ago. The changes that have been done makes the unit brighter and makes you feel at home. We hope that we have the preveledg of staying there again in the future.

Great place

Great place to stay to enjoy some family time. When we first got there it had some sand on the floor throughout the condo but no big deal, we are at the beach after all. We just cleaned it up and went on with our vaca. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to use for cooking and it had a nice big table so we were able to play games together. Over all a great place to stay!!

Condo was fabulous, views of ocean and sunrises fantastic. Shopping and restaurants right across street. On-site management friendly and effective. Would definitely stay again and are already planning our next trip?

First post pandemic family vacation 2021

Stayed here 7/17-7/24, 3 adults and two kids. The property is as described, clean with a nice pool. About one and a half hour drive to Disney and Universal. The beach where this condo is located is a great beach, good for families as there were kids of all ages. The unit (506) had a couple of issues but also some good points worth mentioning. First the good. The AC was excellent, no problems at all and I know from experience many rental units in Florida struggle to stay cool, also two of the three TV's had functioning Roku units that worked without problem, the third didn't have a functioning remote. The problems were minor but were annoying. The dimmer switch in the bathroom of the master bedroom was broken. We finally managed to get one of the lightbulbs to come halfway on but if we tried to make it brighter it went out so we lived with little to no light in that room all week. Multiple other bulbs were burned out and also there were lamps in spots where there was no plug. the clothes hook on the door of that same bathroom was coming loose, I found a screwdriver and was going to fix it but the hole was too big so the screw wouldn't tighten. All in all the value for the price was reasonable but the unit could stand a thorough once over to get all these fairly simple fixes taken care of. I imagine management would have found someone to fix these things but honestly when on vacation who wants the inconvenience of a maintenance person in the condo, better to take a half day or so between guests to tighten things up.

During our first stay we had access to the laundry but did not this time and had to use the community appliances. Only created an issue because we had not packed accordingly. We adjusted and the community appliances were in good working order. We anticipate coming again next year; we hope you will have us!

NSB 2020 stay in 506

My only complaint was the lack of storage in the kitchen. The Roku tv was a big hit for our children since we could log into our various accounts. This condo worked well for our family of 5!

Quiet, beautiful location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had great experience. Our unit was clean, the location was fantastic. We really enjoyed the fact the the beach was so close and not crowded ar all. My only complaint would be that the in unit laundry room smells terribly of cat litter. We only ran the washer and dryer when we weren't in the unit it smelled so bad. That being said, overall we were extremely happy and would stay at the complex again.

Chicken crust on stairs to pool all week and shuffle board area looking run down. Stair rails rusted through. Having said this, we had a blast with our family. That is what vacation is about right? Cherie we are having the shuffle board courts redone in the fall and looking into the stairs being redone as they were done 4 years ago. Salt air kills all. not sure what "chicken crust" is but will look into it. Gald you and your family had a great time.. looking forward to seeing you next year.

Staycation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying in NSB for the 4th of July holiday. This is our second year renting at Seacoast and both times the stay was a great time. This year however we unfortunately accidentally locked ourselves out of our unit on the night of the 4th. We didn’t realize until about 11 when we returned to our unit after enjoying fireworks. When we went to the office to find the emergency phone number we found it illegible. Being unable to reach anyone we drove back to our home in Orlando. When we returned the next morning and stopped in the office to be let in we were told that locking yourself out in not considered an emergency and the emergency number is purposely blurred out. The emergency number is also not listed anywhere on the condos website either. Luckily we live close enough by but if you are renting from out of state, good luck! Also beware of the elevator which is often not functioning properly so you will get your missed gym time in when you stay on the 5th floor. The units are very nice and the staff very friendly and we will definitely return but we will have to make sure to not lock ourselves out.
