Located at Sea Coast 111 our condo is a large, warm and inviting family space.
Full renovation in 2025, new kitchen, new appliances, 2 new bathrooms, new flooring, new windows, new AC, new beds and furniture.

Our unit is located on the 2nd floor. Sea Coast 111 is a resort complex on the southern part of New Smyrna Beach. The exterior of the building was completely re done in 2022. New pool decking, walkways and beachfront patio completed 2025. New pool furniture in 2025. This property is PRISTINE.

The condo is a light, bright and modern space. Square footage is 926.
The condo has a beautiful ocean view from the large balcony that seats 4 with room left to dance. We chose the unit because it is set back from the clubhouse, making it a very quiet private location, the pool area can be very busy and noisy.

Featuring an oversized kitchen with plenty of storage including a full food pantry.
The kitchen is stocked with all the basics for your stay with everything you will need for a worry free, hassle free vacation.
There is a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker and cooking utensils all provided for an enjoyable stay. All small appliances provided, crock pot, hand mixer, blender, grill for pancakes ! We also have a Keurig and standard coffee maker.

The dining room is open to the kitchen and features a dining table that seats 6.
The open space allows everyone to be included no matter where you are in the common area.

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
The primary bedroom has a private ensuite.
The 2nd bedroom featuring its own hallway also has a full bath with a soaker tub. The pullout chesterfield sleeps an extra 2 Guests. Additional charges apply for 6 Adult Guests.

Kitchen, bath and luxury cotton bed linens are all provided for you. Lots of Beach towels and beach chairs also available to make your stay easy! Beach toys available for the kids.

In the living room the SMART TV is a great addition for streaming. BUT we do also have Cable TV. For your convenience high speed wireless internet is provided. Work from the pool, clubhouse or balcony with our WI-FI connection!

The laundry room with the washer and dryer is located steps from the front door of the unit. We are also steps away from the elevator, very handy for loading and unloading! Shared gas grill (BBQ) available in the common area, again a quick walk.

The grounds are beautifully landscaped and include 2 oceanfront pools one is heated (winter months) as well as 2 kiddie pools, shuffleboards, and large pool deck.
There is a 2nd large deck area overlooking the ocean, read a book and listen to the waves! Step from the pool deck onto the white, sandy beach of the Atlantic Ocean to fish, swim, surf, play volleyball, bicycle, or sail.

New Smyrna Beach was voted 'Best Beach in Florida' by the readers of FLORIDA MONTHLY MAGAZINE and has numerous art galleries, live theater, shopping, and dining. Visit historic Flagler Avenue with its quaint shops, pubs, and restaurants.

Enjoy the white sandy beach in New Smyrna Beach, on the central east coast of Florida. We are a little over an hour from Orlando, home of Disney World, Sea World, and Universal. A quick half hour drive to Daytona Beach with all it has to offer. The Kennedy Space Center is located one hour from the condo.

This is a non-smoking condominium. the smoking area is located in the corner of the parking lot.

This is our new favorite place! It is so clean and bright! The owner has thought of every amenity you might need. Wifi was great! The pools were clean and the lounge chairs were great too! Deb, the owner communicated well and was timely in replying to any questions I had. It is right on the ocean and that stretch of sand was not too crowded, people were all nice and the beach was super clean. I will be back again!

Everything was great! Beautiful location on the beach, super clean condo unit, and the pool area and deck are very nice. The only downside is that there is no shade or umbrellas on the pool deck, except for some tables that are on the far side of the deck, away from the beach. So it is impossible to enjoy the lounge chairs unless one doesn't mind full sun. The owners were very responsive to communication, and clearly have gone to great lengths to make their unit comfortable and inviting! I will hopefully be able to visit here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo right on the beach. The location is perfect and on a part of the beach that feels so private and relaxing. The owner, Deb, was very prompt in responding & answering any questions, and made everything so nice for our visit. Checking in and out was a breeze and the unit is located close to elevators making loading & unloading super easy.The unit is beautifully decorated, well stocked and overall pristine. You can tell the owners put much thought & effort into enduring their guests needs are all met. They provided beach chairs, toys for the kids and plenty of towels for the unit and the pool. The Kuerig was appreciated for our morning brew. We will definitely book this unit again in the future! Thank you Deb!

We believe in making our guests very comfortable during their stay. Since buying our first unit in Castle Reef in 2008 we have built a loyal clientele who stay with us year after year, we are very proud of that.

Our goal is to offer a clean and relaxing stay on a beautiful beach at a reasonable price. We provide all of the necessities included in the price of your stay. We also have a supply of essential items for our guests. It's all about being relaxed, not worrying about the small stuff !

We pay attention to details, neatness, cleanliness and convenience. There is an abundance of plush beach towels, bath towels and 100% cotton sheets and bedspreads.

In the past we have rented condos, paid good money to stay only to arrive and find there was no toilet paper in the unit ! Frustrating, not a good way to start a holiday.

Our goal is to always exceed our Guests expectations. Our current unit is located at Sea Coast 3, it is a large modern unit offered at a very reasonable rate.

Why they chose this property

New Smyrna Beach is the friendliest place I have ever been in North America.
The residents are so polite and respectful, it is just a pleasure to stay in town.
We love it, small town feel but with all of the amenities.

Canal Street and Flagler Avenue, offer you a bit of the town's history as well as many stores and fabulous restaurants. In recent years many restaurants have opened in New Smyrna Beach for our Guests to enjoy.

Sea Coast 3 is located across the street from 3 wonderful restaurants, a gym that offers a weekly membership. The Dollar General Market is in the same plaza for quick grocery and beer pick ups. A laundry mat, nail and hair salons, all a quick walk away.

What makes this property unique

The beach is so clean, it's a no drive, and never too crowded. Our condo is very 'clean', we used to rent prior to purchasing and found the condos not clean enough for us. We have no carpet in the unit, LOVE THAT!!!

Fall 2024 we purchased all new beds, mattresses, living and dining room furniture. The light colored paint and large windows makes it light, bright and modern
The primary bathroom has been completely renovated with beautiful new tiling and modern fixtures . Coming May 2025 a brand new large modern kitchen and a full renovation of the 2nd bathroom. Our unit is truly an A+!!
