Sea Wall Construction is almost complete at Sea Coast 11. Construction equipment is off of the property. Pool decks have been cleaned up and both pools are available one heated with a brand new heater. Beach access is open from the property. Our beach is back to looking more like it's beautiful self.
Chases (Restaurant) on the Beach recently reopened after being destroyed and re built. The residents of New Smyrna Beach are very excited to be on the other side of the devastation Hurricane Nicole caused to our beautiful community.

Large 1 bedroom 1 bath condo with a partial ocean view, our rates reflect the unit having a peek a boo ocean view. Enjoy the white sandy beach in New Smyrna Beach, on the central east coast of Florida. We are an hour away from Orlando, home of Disney World, Sea World, and Universal, and a half hour to Daytona and Kennedy Space Center.

Our unit is located on the 3rd floor. Our condo is in Sea Coast 11 a resort complex on the southern part of New Smyrna Beach. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and include 2 oceanfront pools one is heated (winter months) as well as a kiddie pool, shuffleboard, and large pool deck. The laundry room with washers and dryers is just steps away from the front door of the unit.

Step from the pool onto the white, sandy beach of the Atlantic Ocean to fish, swim, surf, play volleyball, bicycle, or sail.

New Smyrna Beach was voted 'Best Beach in Florida' by the readers of FLORIDA MONTHLY MAGAZINE and has numerous art galleries, live theater, shopping, and dining. Visit historic Flagler Avenue with its quaint shop, pubs, and restaurants.

Our condo is 700 square feet of bright modern living space.
The bedroom has a king-size bed there is a good sized bathroom with walk in shower. The bedroom has a large walk in closet with plenty of storage space.

The kitchen has all the comforts of home and overlooks the dining and living area. We have two televisions and for your convenience high speed wireless internet. Work from the beach, pool or porch with our WI-FI connection!

This is a non-smoking condominium. the smoking area is located in the corner of the parking lot, it is visible from the balcony.

Please come and enjoy our home-away-from-home. Amenities include air conditioning, cable TV and High Speed WIFI. Windows and doors replaced in 2023 for maximum sound and sun filtering.

There is a full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and cooking utensils all provided for an enjoyable stay. We have Keurig and standard coffee maker.
Kitchen, bath and luxury bed linens are all provided for you. Lots of Beach towels are also available to make your stay easy!
