The house was exactly as described. It is a new build and felt much larger on the inside than the photos suggest. Upon arrival, we had to wait about 15 minutes for Melissa to unlock the door, but after that, check-in went smoothly. My only concern was the outdoor space. While there is plenty of it, the patio furniture and outdoor areas were not cleaned or freshened up for our visit. We had to wipe down or clean chairs by the firepit before sitting because there were numerous spider webs, bugs, dirt, and debris throughout the outdoor seating areas. For the veranda, we swept one corner and just pulled 2 bar stools from inside the house and put them back before we left. As a result, we were unable to fully enjoy the firepit and veranda. Also, future guests should note that there is only one TV in the house.
