Beautiful property right on the water with its own little beach! The house was amazing and perfectly clean. Very comfortable beds and everything modern, updated and comfortable. The wall of windows overlooking the water was beautiful- very peaceful place for the morning cup of coffee (and the Nespresso machine was a nice touch). Loved sitting around the fireplace at night. Kayaking on Long Pond was awesome. Kids and wife loved it! Highly recommended!
This house was pefrect for family and friends to catch up and see each other. Wonderful setting on a lake and big yard to enjoy the beautiful sunshine and weather. Quiet neighborhood and the house was well maintained and stocked. Looking forward to staying there again if i get back up to NH.
Modern interior, plenty of supplies and necessities, responsive owner, friendly, already hoping to come back in the future. The lake was phenomenal! Provided kayaks too. Great place

Thanks Jordan! You are always welcome back, thanks for leaving the place super neat and tidy and being such respectful guests!
The house is superbly equipped and beautifully furnished. The host ist very friendly and easy to reach. We had a wonderful time. We loved the lake and the boats.
Overall experience fantastic. Home owner replied quickly, home matched write-up. It is remote and the road to the location could be challenging in the winter, but not a major issue.
This house exceeded our expectations! It was clean, beautiful and the perfect place to stay close by for my son's wedding. The view from the moment you walk into the house is amazing. Our host was extremely accommodating to let us check in early. The communication was so quick and helpful. We look forward to staying here again when we can stay longer!!!! 110% recommend this beautiful house! Thank you so much for a wonderful time!
Cute waterfront house that has everything you need. The kitchen is more well-stocked with dishes/cookware than most vacation rentals. There is a small beach with available chairs, beach toys, kayaks, etc. Even a firepit, although we didn't end up lighting a fire.
Very enjoyable time with family - canoeing and kayaking made for a blast. Owner/manager was super responsive to any questions that came up. This property had one of the best 'beach walk ins' that I could find and it did not disappoint.I think in some locations - I would rate the house as a 8/10 but for a remote lake house, I give it a 10/10.
Amazing stay in a perfect location and perfect lake house
We’ve stayed at many lake houses over the years, and this one is by far the best. The house is beautiful, new, and exceptionally well-equipped — from kayaks and water gear to great games that kept the kids happy and busy. The lake is stunning, and the whole setting feels like the perfect getaway for families with children. Everything is thoughtfully arranged to make your stay comfortable and fun. The location in New Hampshire is lovely and peaceful, and the hosts were incredibly kind and responsive. We truly couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended!

Orr and family were the perfect guests, communicative and friendly, left the house in perfect condition! We look forward to hosting them again!
It was a beautiful place to stay, I only wish I had looked at how far it was away from what we were doing. The one downfall for me with this property is none of the closets had a bar to hang up our clothes, I don’t like living out of a suitcase. Also for some reason the water smelled HORRIBLE, not sure if it’s just a northern thing seems like anywhere we went in NH we couldn’t drink the water. ORLY was a great host and took care of anything we needed, communication was great. I’d definitely book this place again. V
The house and property were an oasis of serenity and comfort. All descriptions provided were accurate. Waking up to a view of sunlit Long Pond was a great way to start the day. Resting at the shore or on the deck watching the evening sunlight was relaxing beyond mention. There is no mobile signal on the property or its immediate surroundings (which is nice). Therefore read the welcome email ahead of time so you can walk right in and connect to WiFi, and start relaxing. If you don't (like me), just drive to a spot on 202 heading towards Rochester and you'll get enough signal to read the email. As the instructions state, the road to the house is rough, some parts unpaved and hilly. I'd drive it 100x to reach this property. In other words, come prepared to relax but come prepared by reading ahead.

Thanks so much for the kind review Andy! It was a pleasure hosting you and your group, and we look forward to hosting you again in the future :)
This is a wonderful house and property. We really enjoyed the open floor plan, access to the lake and boats the host provided. It's very peaceful and quiet which we thoroughly enjoyed. Having the washer and dryer was a definite plus. Beds were comfortable, kitchen is well stocked and there are some games/puzzles for the kids.Future guests should be aware there is a sulfur smell in the hot water. The host assures me they're actively working on mitigating this. There is a water cooler dispenser in the kitchen. We stayed a week and didn't want to leave because it was so serene. Would definitely consider staying here again.
