Main Level:
- Enter through the screen porch with a table that seats 4—great for morning coffee or casual meals.

- Inside, the dining area seats 6 and opens up to a front deck, perfect for enjoying fresh air and lake breezes.

- The fully stocked kitchen is conveniently located at the front of the home, equipped with everything you need for cooking and entertaining.

- Bedroom #1 is located just off the kitchen and features a queen-size bed, nightstand, ceiling fan, and closet.

- Down the hall you'll find a pantry, followed by Full Bath #1 with a tub/shower combo, toilet, and sink.

- The laundry room is next, leading into a cozy living room with a couch that seats 4, a fireplace, two chairs, bookshelves, and access to the front deck. This room also has a ceiling fan for your comfort.

- There’s a utility closet on this level, along with stairs that lead to the upper floor.

Upper Level:
- Bedroom #2 features two queen beds, two nightstands with lamps, two dressers, a ceiling fan, and a lake view.

- Bedroom #3 offers a queen bed, a private deck overlooking the lake, a dresser, chairs, a nightstand with lamp, and a ceiling fan.

- The Master Bedroom at the end of the hall includes a king-size bed, two nightstands, a closet, and windows that let in natural light.

- Full Bath #2 is located in the hall and includes a sink, toilet, tub/shower combo, linen closet, and calming green walls.

Outdoor Amenities:
- Private dock with boat lift (please keep lift raised); tie-up available on both sides.

- Water depth ranges from 8–10 feet.

- Located at mile marker 6 on the lake.

- Nearest boat ramp: Eaton Ferry Marina.

- Parking for approximately 4 cars.

Guest Access:
Access to full house minus owners closets.

Other Details:
Boats are privately owned boats and are not part of rental.

We provide a starter set of supplies including dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags and dish soap. Basically enough to last a few days.

Please let us know that everything is functioning and in great condition upon arrival, otherwise we will consider the property in great shape.

We love hosting guests with dogs! To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, please follow these guidelines:

- Keep dogs on a leash when outside at all times.
- No dogs on the furniture, including beds and couches.
- We allow up to 2 dogs less than 50 pounds with a Pet fee $125.
