Your next sunny Bethany Beach vacation awaits at this bright and newly built Bishop Landing community! This inviting and spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhome is nestled in the new Bishop’s Landing wonderful Community less than 3.5 miles from the beach, making this the ideal home base for your family getaway. This rental also includes 8 passes and 1 key fob allowing access to all Bishop Landing North and South community amenities.

When you reserve this exceptional home away from home, you will have access to premium amenities and shared complex facilities. These include a fitness center, yoga room, tennis courts, pickleball courts, playground, a summer beach shuttle, catch-and-release fishing, and an outdoor pool. This makes it an ideal choice for families visiting the Bethany Beach area.

The townhouse is bright and decorated with cheerful colors. The living area is perfect for relaxing after exploring the neighborhood or enjoying the complex's amenities you will step into an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen dining area and a cozy family room with a 65-inch Roku smart TV for streaming series and movies with free wifi. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee machine, electric tea kettle, convection oven, microwave, and air fryer. The first-floor primary suite offers a king-size bed and a luxurious bathroom with walk in closet - plus a private office for those working remotely and a half-bath with laundry room with a washer/dryer.

Upstairs you'll find another bedroom with a full en suite bathroom and a queen bed, plus two more bedrooms, one with a bunk bed (perfect for kids!) and another with queen size bed. A shared full bathroom separation door between the toilet/bathtub, and sink. a loft area with a futon and a second family room with 55-inch smart TV and popcorn machine makes it easy for everyone to spread out and enjoy their space.

Outside soak in those summer nights on the screened in porch or gather around the file pit for a BBQ on the propyne grill and open patio for fun family evenings and dinner under the stars.

Streaming services are available using the free wifi provided with your own accounts. Electrical blind on French door to the porch. Key fobs needed for amenities. Pool open Memorial Day to Labor Day. HOA provides each home eight (8) community passes, shared among guests. No option to purchase extra passes. Delaware requires guests to be 25+ years to book and sign a lease agreement within 7 days of booking. Lease agreement sent within 24 hours, electronic signature required before final check-in information is provided. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the reservation.

SAFETY: Your safety is important. This property features a Wyze motion activated Doorbell additional exterior security camera monitoring the front outdoor entry, garage, and back porch. There are no cameras in the interior space, just the outside parameter. The outside cameras are activated when motion is detected or when the doorbell button is pressed.

- NOTE: Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, as well as hand soap, starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body wash at each bathroom sink, and paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods at the kitchen sink is available.

-Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided.

- NOTE: While the property is not pet-friendly, the owner's hypoallergenic non-shedding Golden Doodle dog may occasionally be present. Guests with severe allergies should consider this when booking.

Impressed as soon as we opened the front door! The house is decorated lovely and updated throughout. Everything is clean with warm, welcoming touches. Fabulous neighborhood with resort-style amenities. A perfect place to connect with family and friends. Communication with the host was outstanding too! We would stay again without hesitation!

We had the pleasure of renting this house for the past week and we could not have asked for anything better! Let me 1st start with our thoughts of the house. Stunning! It was super clean, wide open floor plan and tons of space. Every detail was well thought out and absolutely perfect. Everything you could possibly need inside and outside was available for use, to even include beach chairs and tents! The community was quiet, safe and all of the people that we encountered there were super friendly. The pool was very family friendly and just a short walk. A great added bonus was the shuttle to and from Bethany beach which, was only about a 15 minute drive. The check-in/check-out went seamlessly and could not have gone smoother. Now for the homeowner. The communication with him was fantastic and his responsiveness to texts/emails was amazing. He was a pleasure to work and It is quite obvious that he takes pride in his home. I would highly recommend him and his beautiful home to anybody who is looking to stay near the beaches.
