Make yourself at home in this marvelous 1-bedroom Salt Lake City retreat. This cozy condo features a queen bed in the bedroom and a comfy sofa bed in the living room with lots of natural light. With amenities like AC, WiFi, and snacks, guests will have everything they need for a perfect stay. We call this sweet condo our "Happy Place" and we know it will be a happy place for you! Close to downtown event centers, Capitol Hill, Delta Center, ball park and great walking areas around historic Capitol Hill. You will also appreciate just minutes to local grocery stores, delicious and upscale bistros, coffee houses, museums and entertainment. Great view of the Temple lights at night from the bay windows and beautiful blooming chestnut.
This property includes one FREE PARKING space in gated and locked parking. Building has coded locks. Safe and secure building. Please keep in mind this is in the city and there can be noise from the street. There is no elevator and there are 3 short flights of stairs to access condo. (not ADA accessible)
The space is well cared for with love as I also live there part time. Please treat this lovely space with vintage accents and charm as if it were your own.

Quaint, excellent location close to both Temple Square and the Delta Center. Owner communication was detailed and on point. Lovely attention to tiny details that made the stay delightful (ie parking and code instructions, wreaths on the doors, ginger tea and a coffee grinder to name a few). Really enjoyed this accommodation and look forward to booking it again next year!

Lovely space, comfy cozy! Perfect location for all of downtown activities. It is city life in an apartment so take earplugs if you're a light sleeper, as owner explains in description. The stairs were a bit to figure out, just take two trips with bags! Well worth it. Felt like home during my stay.

I love the Capitol Hill neighborhoods because they are filled with historic beauty, beautiful homes and well kept neighborhoods. The downtown district is easy to navigate by foot and there is so much to do! Within a couple of blocks you can go from the city vibe, to the quiet and quaint neighborhood vibe and then to the natural world with hiking trails.

What makes this property unique

My property is well kept and I adore this space. I love the light, the colors, the feel of the space. There are vintage accents and trim including vintage lighting and a perfect blend of modern and early 1900's style.
