Welcome to Louisville, KY, home of bourbon and horse racing! Enjoy a stylish and comfortable stay centrally located to museums, bourbon experiences, the famous Churchill Downs, and many amazing restaurants and bars.

This second level condo features a fully equipped kitchen and dining area that opens into the living room where you can relax on the sofa and watch television. Down the hall, you will find a modern bathroom that includes plush towels and toiletries. You are then welcomed to retire in the bedroom that includes a king-size bed with soft linens and all the comforts for a restful stay. The condo can sleep up to four guests (1 king size bed and 1 full size air mattress). The entire condo is equipped with automated features including voice control, motorized window treatments, and lighting and touch screen control.

Very modernized unit and clean. Easy access to/from the unit. Smart technology unit, which was awesome! Host was very communicative, which helped with every question we had, ie garbage, alarms, etc.

Nice newly renovated apartment

The apartment was clean and spacious. Large comfortable bed. Full kitchen.
