The master bedroom features a luxurious California King bed with an ensuite bathroom for ultimate privacy and comfort. The bunk room is great for kids or groups, with 4 twin beds and 2 sofa beds. The open-concept kitchen is designed for socializing, with a large island that’s perfect for meal prep or casual dining. Whether it’s sunrise coffee on the dock, afternoons on the water, or evenings watching the stars reflect off the lake, every moment here feels special.
We wanted a place that felt like a true retreat—somewhere to unwind with family and friends, but still close enough to great dining, wineries, and small-town gems. Kingsland checked every box. It’s a town where the lake is the center of life, and the pace is slower, more intentional. We love that it’s just over an hour from Austin, making it accessible for quick getaways without losing the “away-from-it-all” feel.
