It’s that time of year when resorts are getting a little extra care and attention. Balcony repairs are currently taking place, which means balcony access will be temporarily unavailable.

The good news? If having a balcony is important for your stay, Rising Tides Properties have several other beautiful oceanfront condos available that offer full balcony access.

Welcome to Rising Tides Properties Condo 802, a beautifully decorated two-bedroom oceanfront condo located on the 8th floor, offering a private balcony with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean in Garden City Beach, South Carolina.

This fully furnished condo is designed for comfort, relaxation, and convenience, featuring:

• Two private bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed

• Queen sleeper sofa in the living room

• Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and cookware

• Open dining area with seating for four

• In-unit washer and dryer

• Private master bathroom

• Cozy, coastal decor for a home-away-from-home feel

Enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean from your private balcony, or explore nearby attractions including Garden City Pier, Surfside Beach, restaurants, and shopping—all just minutes away.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Views from higher floors are incredible. Our condo was clean, up to date and nice deocor. Only criticism we had was that we only had one roll of toilet paper, no paper towels, no liquid dishwashing soap. We stayed at the resort in 2022 and noticed the pool area and common areas have been nicely updated. We would stay here again.
