Great Rental for a Beach Getaway

My family loved the condo. It was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The resorts had a lot to offer and kept the kids entertained! We will definitely be back.

condo is clean and comfortable and in a perfect location!! but is lacking basic supplies, like hand soap, toilet paper, trash bags etc. Splash resort is a little run down, the bathrooms at the pool were dirty and the hot tub was not working. It didn’t ruin our vacation, we spent most of our time hanging out in the condo looking at the view or on the beach!

We do not stock these items for the duration of our guests stay as we are a privately managed condo not a full service hotel. Our starter kit does include 1-2 of each of these items to get you started in addition to bath soaps etc. Guests with longer stays will need to provide these items for their families. We appreciate your input and will continue working to make our listing as clear and comfortable as possible.”

I would give this unit and the host 10 stars if it were an option! Right off the bat it was the cleanest condo I’ve ever stayed in, and everything smelled amazing! We couldn’t get the bedroom tv to work (it had gone out) and the host responded immediately and had a new one delivered and set up by the next day! We’ll definitely be looking for this unit for next years stay!

We stayed here a few days this past week & this Condo is amazing! Highly recommend! As soon as I walked in I got hit with a pleasant fragrance of clean! The unit is clean, spacious & very comfortable for my family of 5, plus for the extra beds! Walk right out to the beach & chairs already included was a nice gesture! Kitchen was fully stocked for the times we decided to eat in as well. I have toddler twins and balcony door was heavy enough they could not open it & it had a lock too for extra precaution.
