Geoff responded promptly to all my questions both before & during the visit. The house was clean and looked just like the photos. The neighborhood was great, especially for nice walks. Town was very easy to get to.

The description clearly states there is no air conditioning. Additionally, you turned the heat on, in the middle of July. That tends to make the house hotter.

This home was ideal for our Colorado vacation. We appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness of the bedrooms. We cooked in the stocked kitchen often and easily. In addition, we loved being in a cozy, mountain neighborhood which had a quick drive to downtown Durango, the grocery store, and the river. It is also less than 30 minutes from Mesa Verde and Purgatory Ski Resort. Geoff, the host, was accommodating and easy to reach when I had questions prior to or during the trip. I would recommend this house for your Durango stay.
