Amazing and cozy stay

This property is the perfect weekend getaway. Great location right off Marguerite ave with a 10min walk to coffee shops, local restaurants and Corona Del Mar beach. The unit is in perfect condition - very clean and cozy. 10/10 experience would stay again.

I loved my 5 day stay at this property ! It was everything the photos show - spotless like walking into a new home. Roya was wonderful and a great host. It is a short 5-10 minute block to the beach! I highly recommend!

This is a beautiful location and home! The home was clean and very comfortable! Beach chairs were provided upon request which was so nice!!! The windows provided amazing air through the home. Walking distance to the main road was absolutely perfect. We were able to walk to a new coffee spot every morning. Our FAVORITE dinner was just down the street at The Quiet Woman. One thing I wish there was a cleaning spray for the kitchen counters and some more garbage bags. But otherwise everything was perfect and we would absolutely come back!

Property was in a great location. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping. Quality bedding and great communication with Roya. The only negative I would say is that the floors were not as clean as we would have liked. But, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Book it!

Property was in a great location to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Had a well stocked kitchen for cooking and was a good size for the four of us. Was clean upon arrival and nice to have the extra 1/2 bath. Great shower, plenty of towels, nice to have a washer and dryer in unit. Only suggestion, would be to add one more bedding set for the 4th person.

This is a beautiful condo! It was so roomy & updated. It had everything we needed. There is a coffee maker, but we loved walking to Zinc Cafe every morning for coffee. We absolutely loved the neighborhood. Linens and pillows were wonderful. Great water pressure in the shower. We’ll definitely stay there again!

Our stay in Corona del Mar was absolutely fantastic! The property was spotless, with top-notch cleanliness that made us feel right at home. It was peaceful and quiet, providing the perfect place to relax. The location couldn’t have been better—central to amazing shopping and fabulous restaurants, making everything so convenient. On top of that, it was very affordable for the value it offered. We will definitely look at booking again in the future. Highly recommend!

Wonderful one bedroom

This one bedroom unit was in great shape and updated. It is in a very convenient location, just four blocks from the Pacific Coast Highway. Our host, Roya, was very responsive his unit agaito our needs. We will definitely like to book this unit again next year.

All The Comforts of Home

Loved the duplex..neat and clean, quiet and pretty, roomy too; peaceful setting near all. Walked to dinner and breakfast although we could have cooked a meal there in the well equipped kitchen there are many good places to visit. Beach is gorgeous and we rode our bikes to inspiration point..what more could we ask for? We will be back!!

Nice Place to Stay

PROS - Clean, secure, modern & updated, reasonably quiet friendly neighborhood, nearby shops/grocery/cafes/bars/restaurants, walk-able beach, located centrally to other beach towns, good host CONS - beach too far to walk with any beach equipment (must drive & parking 30), parking space is very small and awkward for mid-size SUV, streets are narrow and crowded with cars, stairs were treacherous for me (tripped twice), uncomfortable odd-shaped couches, veranda with BBQ not really useful and faces street OVERALL - recommend, especially if you value cleanliness & security, want to visit nearby towns, don't mind driving to beaches, and have a small car. We'd stay there again, especially since Laguna is only 20 minutes away

Thank you for your review. Regarding the parking, the space is a typical size for Corona del Mar, where land is limited and parking is generally tight throughout the neighborhood. As for the stairs, they are shown in the listing photos and description, so guests with mobility concerns or older adults who may have difficulty with stairs should keep this in mind before booking.
