Bienvenido a George Town Villas Unidad # 218, ubicado en el comienzo de 7 millas de playa en la hermosa isla de Gran Caimán. George Town Villas se compone de 54 condominios frente al mar y vista al mar en un exuberante jardín con vistas a la playa, arrecifes de coral y aguas multicolor azul y turquesa del Mar Caribe.

Esta unidad de 2 º piso frente al mar frente con vista al mar y tiene vistas a la piscina y al jardín más allá; Diseñador-amueblado con una elegancia casual, isla.

Se encuentra en el extremo de un edificio en forma de U con vistas directas al mar desde todas las habitaciones! El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king con baño privado, mientras que el dormitorio de invitados tiene 2 camas individuales que se pueden combinar para un rey, y también tiene un baño privado. El dormitorio de invitados ofrece una televisión equipada con Apple TV y películas de Netflix. Hay un sofá cama de tamaño completo en la sala de estar, lo que permite hasta 6 personas.

George Town Villas Unidad # 218 es un elegantemente decorado, segundo piso, unidad directa frente al mar con jardín, piscina y vistas al mar. Estás a un corto paseo a través de los jardines de la enorme piscina de agua dulce con vistas al océano. La playa es principalmente azúcar bronceado y arena blanca con algunos arrecifes de coral y rocas en la costa. Spring Break fun!

We had a great stay at the Georgetown Villas! Kids loved playing in the pool and on the beach (right outside the unit)! We loved having coffee and breakfast on the balcony each morning. The views from the condo were amazing and a true highlight to our trip!

We have stayed and many different VRBO properties and we always hope it really looks like the pictures. This property is exactly what you see and the views from the property to the ocean are perfect! We definitely will stay here when we come back to Cayman!!

Everything we hoped for and more!

This is a beautifully and appropriately decorated and outfitted corner condo on the ocean. The balcony overlooks the pool and the ocean on two sides - it is at least 2/3 in the shade with a breeze all day which was perfect! The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed and more. Such a pleasurable experience and I. The perfect location close to town, grocery and seven mile amenities.

Views from the villa was amazing. Great location and close to all the action. We were lucky with great weather. Unit had a lot of essentials you using don't see with over rentals. Would highly recommend staying in Georgetown villas.

Better in Person

The condo was even better in person! Could not be any closer to the water with $1,000,000 views. Condo was clean and had everything and more than we needed for our week long stay wonderful. Property manager greeted us to make sure we were settled, answer any questions, and ensure we knew how to contact her if needed. The property itself was also very well maintained. Great location with amazing snorkeling right off the shore (could also walk or snorkel down to the wreck of the gamma but definitely need water shoes if walking), close to restaurants and grocery store. Would highly recommended!

Beautiful condo and great location

The condo is very well decorated, clean and overlooks the beach and swimming pool. It is in a really good location on Seven Mile Beach with great snorkeling right off the condo’s beach. The on island property manager who helped us, Ildi, met us at the condo when we arrived from the airport. She spent time explaining details about the condo and restaurants and activities. She was very helpful! We had a wonderful vacation and would want to stay at the same condo again.

30th Anniversary

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The property was just as described. The property manager was so nice and gave us great recommendations for dinner and activities. The beach on the property is very rocky and foot protection is a must. There are better beaches a very short drive away. Governors beach is a must see. Star Point was not worth the trip, but near Rum Point which was a great place to spend the day. We will definitely be back to this location!

Wonderful stay in Grand Cayman!

The place was fantastic, well equipped with superb views out every window. Ildiko was a great help, to make us feel comfortable. Wonderful stay!

This was the perfect place for a great getaway with friends! The location is excellent - near shopping and dining and a perfect view of the sunset. The condo is clean and had plenty of space for us. It was fun to see the big cruise ships pass by and anchor while we relaxed at the pool or on our shaded balcony. The gentle waves sent us to sleep each night and we snorkeled out front or nearby every day. The property manager was prompt, pleasant, and happy to share tips and places to see on the island. It's a perfect location for relaxation because it was quiet and comfortable. The beach and pool were never crowded and many times empty which is a rare find these days! Some folks from cruise ships would wander by headed to walk down 7-mile beach but not many as it is quite a walk from the port. There is construction next door of a 12-story building so that could bother some, but we were mostly out and about during the day so it wasn't a big deal for us. The view and the location made it all worth it.

We keep coming back!

I’ve been coming to this property since the 80’s! It’s sentimental but also so perfect. I understand why my parents at the time brought us to this beautiful property on Grand Cayman and now I bring my family! It’s close to everything so we don’t rent a car. We walk or take a cab if we need to. Not crowded because the property is laid out for great views from everywhere. It’s the perfect place for 4 or 6 people. Clean, quiet and serene and well managed.

Great place!

This was our first time on Grand Cayman and this was a great intro to it. The condo was perfectly situated on the beach as a corner unit with a fabulous view. It was clean, spacious, and met every need we could ask for. The property manager Ildiko was great with communication as well. It was a great vacation and I would stay at this place again for sure!

Beyond amazing!!!

This condo was an amazing place for our family vacation. The property is beautiful and the condo was very clean and comfortable. The view was amazing and the snorkeling was everything we were hoping for. It felt as though we had the entire complex to ourselves all week as we only saw a handful of other people out in the pool, on the beach, grilling, etc. We made wonderful memories with our kids and are hoping to return soon to this same condo.
