Tucked away just a short distance from town is Island Oasis. Short drive or leisurely walk to town where you can find dining, shops, and one of the town boat ramps. You may even catch a glimpse of some of the World Famous Chincoteague Ponies at the Carnival Ground. If you come during July you can bop right across the street to the fairgrounds. Nice size yard with plenty of room to play family yard games. The house has a nice family room, dining area, sitting area and kitchen as well as 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Book Island Oasis today.

Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid.  If less then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge, and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean and nicely furnished with a lovely front porch. Great location. It was fun to be right behind the fair grounds. However, sand burs prevented us from using the yard which was not being kept up. There were also sand burs stuck in all the rugs which we had to roll up and place out of the way.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was no properly equipped to be rented out as a vacation rental. Random flatware, insufficient pots and pans, electrical service was questionable, wifi mostly did not work, no outside shower*
