We hosted a small (about 45 people)wedding on this lovely property. It lended itself perfectly to our event. We had our ceremony and reception in the grassy yard and an after party on the other side of the property. The weather didn’t cooperate with us and we had rain showers and downpours periodically during the reception and afterparty but the large “party” buildings worked perfectly to keep people dry, entertained and happy. The covered fire pit was used all night and the HUGE table in the kitchen of the house worked great for our late night dinner. We were able to fit all the cars we needed in the 2 parking areas and having all the available beds meant that out of town guests and local friends who wanted to party all night had a safe place to stay. I would highly recommend this property for any kind of reunion or medium sized event.

We stayed at the villa for our wedding weekend and it was absolutely perfect. Felt like a luxury stay in Monroe with high end amenities and design. Minutes from downtown grocery stores and restaurants. The hosts were more than gracious and thought of every detail. They made our large group feel so welcome!!

Dan was very kind and accommodating for our stay. This property was perfect for our rehearsal dinner and visiting with family for our daughter’s wedding. Plenty of beds and fire pits and games for kids of all ages. Thank you Dan for making it a stress free fun stay!
