The place was bigger than we needed, but it was in the right location, close to those we were visiting. The green grass right off the patio, and the patio itself was so private and comfortable. When it was really hot (108 degrees) we made use of the air conditioned gym and used the treadmills. There are pools also to use, and a brand new, spotless gas grill which we made use of to grill our dinner. It was quiet and private and came with a delegated covered parking space.

My daughter and I enjoyed this home during family weekend at the U of A. The home was very comfortable with cute decor. We were concerned that the patio door didn't lock. Otherwise we loved it!

Comfortable furnishings. The condo was sparsely supplied with items such a towels, dish soap and other basics; host response time delayed. Water in master shower warm, not hot; no reply when asked if this could be adjusted.

This unit would be worth the price IF . . .- the owner/host were reachable (never could get a response)- the hot water in the main shower were hot rather than simply lukewarm (took 2 wks to get this rectified)- there were exterior lights at the front door- there was a coffee maker (rather than only a Keurig)- walls and ceilings had better soundproofing (heard the upstairs resident stomping every morning at 5:30 am)Otherwise, a very pleasant condo and location; but you can definitely do better for the money.

Beautiful location but had an issue with ants in the living room, guest bath and guest bedroom. Also, only 1 kitchen towel; 1 bathroom hand towel (to share with the second bathroom); NO washcloths so, even though body wash is provided there's no way to use it effectively unless you bring your own scrubby. The shower must have a governor because the water only heats to luke-warm while the bathroom sink and kitchen gets nice and hot. It's a perfect size for two adults, but four would be very crowded. Loved the complex location and amenities and will stay again... just not in this unit.
