Newly renovated 3 bedroom handicap accessible, beach house with inground solar heated pool, hot tub, 6 person sauna, cabana guest house, large fire pit, Peloton bike, kayaks, bikes and beach equipment. This open plan house features 3 bedrooms, a Queen sleeper couch in the living room, and a pool cabana guest house also with a Queen sleeper couch. Giving you a total potential to sleep 11 guests. We have equipped our home with all the necessities for a beach vacation so that you don’t have to. The house comes with a newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen that includes all the basic small appliances; rice cooker; air fryer, slow cooker, stand mixer, dumpling steamer, lobster pot, Keurig, food processor, blender, instapot, Sou Vide wand, and many more cooking aids. You can even harvest fresh herbs from our herb garden off the back deck. We provide basic baking and cooking supplies, basic seasonings-and not so basic ones as well. If you like to cook this is your place. The house also has 4 bicycles, 3 kayaks and all the chairs, umbrellas, equipment, and games you will ever need for a day at the beach. For small children we have a portable crib, highchair, pack-n-play, a latch-on seat for the table, and a mini tent for sun protection. Spend your days sunning and swimming at any of our local beaches. Or explore the tide pools at low tide, while checking out the dolphins as they swim by. Take a long walk on our beach at Sunset and catch a glimpse of the American Eagle couple who hang out at the end of our road. Or throw a line in and try to catch dinner. And if you come in June, you are likely to witness one of the many bird migrations, or the amazing Horseshoe crab mini armored invasion as they trundle up the beach to lay their eggs, and then trundle back into the water. Tour Cape May with its world class restaurants, Victorian mansions, wineries, breweries, live music venues, theaters, nature reserves and many other attractions. After a Day at our beaches, come home to barbecue and relax around the pool or in the hot tub with a cold drink. The inground solar heated pool varies in depth from just over 3 feet in the shallow end to 6 feet in the deep end. It is not a diving pool-it’s more of a “Oh my god this feels so good” pool. Or if you’re a kid: “MOM I’M NOT HUNGRY-I DON”T WANT TO GET OUT OF THE POOL AND EAT!” kind of pool.Bring your furry member of the family to enjoy some time at the beach. This is a dog-friendly home with access to one of the only dog-friendly beaches in the area. Take your furry child out for a long walk in the morning on the beach, and again at night for the evening ritual. Dogs are not allowed during the heat of the day on the beach for their own good. We accept up to 2 house broken dogs under 40 pounds and provide necessary dog accessories including beds, kennels, bowls and even a dog flotation device! Sorry but we do not allow cats.New this year; A new smart TV, a Peloton bike, and a split system AC/Heater all in the newly refurbished Cabana pool house. We also recently enlarged our barbecue area with a new prep table and enhanced lighting and added new living room furniture. We now also offer linen service for $150 in case you don’t want to bother bringing sheets and towels. We are centrally located in the little hamlet of Villas about a 11 minute drive to downtown Cape May and a 12 minute drive to the beaches and amusement piers in Wildwood. Drive a short distance north and you are at the nearby Cape May zoo with its ziplines and unique raised platforms for wildlife viewing. If it rains you can relax inside and watch a movie, on one of our 3 Smart TVs, equipped with a full cable package and streaming capability. Or…..play one of the many games we stock, work on a jigsaw puzzle from our collection, or read a book from our library of thrilling detective, modern fiction, classics, or nonfiction books. You will not lack for things to do…..
