The Space:
The Siesta Estate was a dream that has become a reality! There is nothing like it anywhere! Located on almost an acre on world famous Siesta Key, this estate includes 2 separate 6-bedroom homes. By combining the best elements of the homes in our portfolio into one truly remarkable property and vacation experience, you'll never have to make a pros and cons list, or compare one home to another, as this estate truly has it all. Each 6-bedroom residence has over 4,000 square feet of interior living space and they are located at the East and West portions of the luxury vacation rental. Situated between the two homes is a real tropical oasis that has been carefully curated to provide amenities for any large family or group. Features include: 2 resort pools and spas, 2 waterslides including a 60 foot long slide from the second story of one of the homes, a sport court with basketball, pickleball, putt-putt golf, multiple outdoor living spaces that include outdoor kitchens, multiple screened patios, multiple lanais and outdoor living spaces, multiple outdoor TVs, green spaces, yoga equipment and turf space for yoga equipment, and so much more. These spaces are all within the fenced in the backyard for privacy and security making it family friendly and perfect for the estate's pet friendly policy (fees and restrictions apply).
The two (2) homes provide a total of twelve (12) bedrooms, sleeping 36 people comfortably. There are over 8,000 square feet of interior living spaces in these homes, and every bedroom has an en suite bathroom for convenience and privacy! The dining areas provide ample seating both inside and outside and offer a multitude of options for gathering. And the living spaces are designed to entertain and create memories with features like wet bars, dry bars, TVs and media centers (80+ TV), games and gaming consoles (Nintendo & PS4), billiards, and a golf simulator that doubles as a true theater (movie, sports, streaming) and gaming experience. All of this makes vacationing so easy for your large family, multi-generational family, or group!
Floor Plan Description (by level):
Ground Level:
The home's main staircase and elevator access is here, along with free parking for up to 11 vehicles (6 covered and 5 uncovered spaces). In the garage space, you'll find the provided beach equipment, totaling 4 beach wagons, 4 coolers, 12 bikes, and 20 beach chairs, and we also include a full refrigerator and freezer (with ice maker) at each home. The main attraction of the ground level is the fully fenced backyard area (pet friendly - fees and restrictions apply) that includes the pools and most amenities listed above in the initial summary (waterslides, sport court, etc), including the covered patio spaces, outdoor living areas, one of the club rooms that includes the golf simulator doubling as a movie theater and gaming center - plus a bar area, and the yoga equipment that includes a Bosu ball, yoga blocks, yoga mats, and tube bands.
The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):
Both homes feature a great room on this level with the fully stocked kitchen and butler pantry that includes a prep sink, 6-burner cooktop with exhaust hood vent, double ovens, full sized refrigerator and freezer (with ice maker), additional under counter refrigeration units, double trash and recycling storage, double dishwashers, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and more. Both kitchens are very well appointed with cookware, bakeware, dishware, cutlery, and specialty items like crockpots, blenders, and more. The kitchens are set up perfectly for you to host your family or to support private in-home catering services that our team can help you arrange through one of our preferred vendors for an additional cost. If you have any questions on these kitchens or their supplies, our reservationists would be happy to provide more details. Additionally, the dining area at each home provides a dining table for 12 and 16, plus bar seating at each kitchen island for 6 more. The living rooms each provide custom furniture that is so comfortable, cozy décor, and a smart TV. Both homes have a balcony off the great room with large outdoor dining tables. There are also 2 king bedroom suites on this level at both homes (4 total), all of which have a king bed, en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, walk-in closet, smart TV, and 2 of the 4 bedrooms have private balconies. Both homes have a half bath, and laundry room with washer/dryer on this level.
The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor):
On this level, both homes feature a club room with media center (80"+ inch TV/w Soundbar), with one of the homes also having a billiards table, high top bar seating and a couch, and a wet bar with beverage fridge (ice maker); and, the other having a couch, dry bar with beverage refrigerator (ice maker) and immediate access to a balcony with soft seating and pool views. Both homes have 3 king bedroom suites and 1 oversized bunk room suite on this floor (4 bedrooms per home - 8 total). Each of the king bedrooms has a king bed, an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, closet, smart TV, and 3 of the 6 bedrooms have private balconies. The bunk rooms both have 2 sets of custom-built queen over queen bunk beds, a closet, and an en suite bathroom with double vanity and a shower/bathtub combination. Both homes have a half bath and laundry room with washer/dryer on this level.
Getting Around:
These homes are perfectly located one block from all South Siesta's restaurants, entertainment, shopping, markets, marina, and more! This entertainment district is at the end of your street! But, even with this proximity, this street maintains a quiet and tranquil setting with the grandfather oaks that line it. It's the perfect mix of fun when you want it, and quiet when you need it. You're also a convenient walk or bike ride from the world-famous Siesta Key Beach (Beach Access 12), so a car is not needed! If you want to explore further, without the hassle of driving, you'll find multiple stops nearby for the free trolley that provides transportation service to the entirety of Siesta Key. You're also just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft to the mainland Sarasota area (5 minutes) and downtown Sarasota (20-25 min) for access to the Sarasota's Performing Arts scene, and numerous fantastic restaurants, shops, marinas, bars and entertainment, grocers, and more. And, day trips to Lido Key, Anna Maria Island, Venice Beach, Myakka State Park and so much more are all less than an hour away, as well as the amazing theme parks of Tampa and Orlando that are all just 1-2 hours away!

The house was really nice!! lots of room for a large group of people. the pool ,especially with the slide , was enjoyed by our family a lot! However, an extra fee of 200./pool/day to heat it more seems a bit steepstaff was wonderful, when we had questions, they were answered promptly and courteously A few little things that would have been more convenient, and not that costly, for us vacationing would be the following. The rental price was high enough that we felt a little more paper towel, bathroom tissue, coffee, salt and pepper as well as a crib, could have been included.

It’s also wonderful to know our staff was able to support you quickly and courteously throughout your stay.
We truly appreciate you taking the time to share the areas where you felt we could improve. Your feedback is so valuable. I did want to offer a little clarity on a few points as these come up often for travelers. Our pools are heated to 86 degrees at no additional charge, as part of the standard rental rate. If guests would like the pool heated to 90 degrees, that requires a significant increase in energy use, which is why the extra daily fee applies.
Regarding the crib, we completely understand how helpful that would have been. Due to insurance restrictions tied to both our company and individual homeowners, we are not able to provide cribs or baby equipment directly. However, we work very closely with a trusted baby equipment rental company that delivers, sanitizes, and picks up any items guests may need, including cribs and pack n plays. Many families find this to be a seamless and convenient alternative.
As for the starter supplies, we provide an initial set of essentials such as paper towels, bathroom tissue, and basic kitchen items to get guests through the first one to two days. Over time, we’ve found that most travelers prefer purchasing the specific brands they know and trust for the remainder of their stay. We try our best to note this clearly in all pre arrival emails and guidebook links so guests can plan accordingly.
