We appreciate the feedback. We are currently working with the home owner to replace the first floor washing machine, but thankfully, the home has two sets of washers and dryers. We'll get this addressed ASAP. The owner did just recently add the outdoor television for the bar area, and we are working to add a cable box to the home for this new TV as well. Unfortunately, due to some Frontier policies, limiting the number of cable boxes allowed in one home, this has proven to be a difficult task, but we are working through that. Greetings Rocky,    Thank you for staying with us, and I am happy to hear that you found the house to be great. I understand that you were disappointed with the hot tub during your stay. Our home concierge dropped by at the start of your stay and spoke to you personally and showed you how to use the hot tub, and I apologize if there was any type of miscommunication there. Like he stated, the hot tub is on a two hour timer and will shut off automatically after that 2 hour period of time. If a guest wants to use the hot tub for longer than the two hours, they just need to press the spa button which is located on the keypad at the hot tub. That will keep the temp at a cozy 103 degrees for another 2 hours for you. You called us repeatedly about this, and every time we dropped by we turned on the spa and it immediately rose back up to 103 degrees. Both the home concierge and our maintenance manager were on property on separate occasions and showed you pictures of the hot tub temperatures at 103 degrees. We have installed signs out at the pool area which also state that the spa will run for two hours then turn off automatically, but we will review this property some more and identify if there are any better ways that we can communicate this to our guests. Rocky, I am so glad that you chose to come and stay at our property again and we are thrilled that you had a 5* experience here with us. I am pleased to hear that the pool and spa worked flawlessly this trip and that they were both great amenities for you and your family. With that said, we appreciate you bringing a few other items to our attention that were found during your stay. We have addressed each of these issues, and I would like to highlight our efforts here for you. The patio door handle that you mentioned was a special order item, and the shipping time was the reason this was not repaired prior to your arrival. Coincidentally, we received this on the day of your departure, and this handle has been repaired. Regarding the 2 water marks on the ceiling, we always want to look into the cause of these marks before making the ceiling drywall repair. This can be a little messy, and we don't like to do this during our guests stay for that reason unless there is an active leak or problem, which did not appear to be the case. Given the location of these, one directly by an HVAC vent, we wanted to make sure there wasn't a condensation issue with the duct work, so we needed some time to be able to review this issue in full. We are happy to report that these 2 water marks have been repaired and we do not anticipate any further issues with this. Our housekeeping team has also performed a thorough inspection of all the showers in the home to ensure that they meet our standards. As a company, we appreciate the feedback so we can continue to improve our properties and our guest experience. Dear Dawn, I am so glad that you loved this rental home and all of the great features of it! I'm so happy that it helped to make your vacation a special one, and we are thrilled that you will return and stay with us again. We look forward to that very much! Additionally, I appreciate your feedback, and after reading your review, I had our maintenance team and our Assistant General Manager go and review the cable in each bedroom and in the home. Every TV and Frontier Cable Box in the entire home worked perfectly. We also contacted Frontier to see if there were any outages or other events on Siesta Key that would have affected the service during your stay, and they informed us that there weren't. The only issue that we did find was one remote had dead batteries, so we fixed that. Fortunately, we were not able to replicate the issues you describe and everything operated correctly, but I would like to better understand the issue you had so if you could please send me an email at sales@siestakeyluxuryrentalproperties.com or call me 941.349.1125, I would really appreciate it. With that being said, on your next stay, if you have difficulties like this, please call us and our maintenance team will respond quickly to fix the issue whatever it may be. As far as bed types, I totally agree that the bed types should be listed for each bedroom, and in fact, the bed types by bedroom are listed on our website and on VRBO under Amenities for all of our properties. This information ports directly from our reservation software, directly onto our personal website for each property that we manage. Once we enter the information into our reservation software, it is designed to link directly onto all of our travel sites immediately. If you have trouble finding this, please email or call us and one of our reservationists would be happy to send you this information in detail. We always want our guests fully informed. Most importantly, I want to reiterate how much we appreciate you staying with us on your vacation to Siesta Key. Hi Linda, Thank you so much for the kind words & feedback. We are glad that the homes location was perfect for your stay. In our pre-arrival email that is sent out about a week prior to arrival, we do explain what is included in our 'starter kit' of supplies. It is also listed in our terms & conditions that we do not transfer any perishable or consumable items from guest to guest. We do have certified pool technicians service and inspect our pools twice a week, but it is important to note that the nightly temperatures during your stay were in the low 50's. This is important because the pool heater uses the outside ambient temperature to heat the pool and once you get below 60 degrees it takes much longer to heat the pool. Likewise, switching the heater between the spa and the pool, only increases that delay. I hope this helps explain this. We appreciate your feedback regarding the water pressure. We are having the water pressure looked at, this is the first we have heard of this at this home, so again thank you for letting us know. We apologize for the miscommunication about the patio furniture. This should not have been missed, sorry again, but we are staffed 365 days a year from 8am-8pm and we would have been happy to send someone over immediately if we were notified that this was missed. Hi Jacuelyn, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this review. It sounds like your stay with us was not what you expected it would be, and we will use your review to adjust our practices to better communicate with our guests. I know our property concierge called you many times before your stay in an attempt to clarify exactly what you could expect in the home upon your arrival. Like he mentioned to you, we provide every home with a “starter pack” of basic essentials that are designed to get you through the first 24 hours only, until you are able to go to the supermarket. Our starter kit is very common in all vacation rentals, and it includes: soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. However, our property concierge is always on hand to assist with some additional items if that is requested. As requested, child safety gates were present and operable in all locations. We tested them both before and after your stay and incurred no problems. I am sorry the hot tub was so difficult for your group. We make it a point with all guests to explain the hot tub functionality in great detail at check-in, and we have provided additional instructions on how to use the hot tub right next to the hot tub. As you know, we had team members out there on 6 separate occasions to assist your family with this. The hot tub process is a one-button, push functionality, so we cannot make it any more simple from a device perspective. As you know, everything was in working order each time we came out to operate it for your family, but we will look for additional ways to educate our guests so that the functionality is more clear. The DVD player is actually an HD DVD player, so it requires an HDMI cable, which is located directly under the TV in the cabinet along with its remote. Regarding the bikes, as we mentioned when you called about them, they were locked up in the garage because they are the owners personal bikes, and not intended for guest use. We have removed them altogether from the property so that our future guests don’t get upset. This home is 3 Stories above the Ground Level. If all 5 showers are attempting to be operated at the same time there can be pressure issues. I know our concierge assisted you with some guidance here, we hope that helped.
