Gather your family and friends and make unforgettable memories in this beautiful 4-bedroom chalet located in the heart of Wintergreen Resort. Comfortably sleeps 12 adult guests with a pull out sofa and loft daybed trundle for the kids, The Moose Lodge is your perfect year-round getaway for skiing, hiking, leaf-peeping, or simply relaxing in nature.

Spacious home with room for 2-3 families. Private and peaceful, after day of adventures. Soaring gas stone fireplace with a wall of windows to enjoy the mountain beauty. Gather for sunset on large deck w/ grill or have a movie night in the Game Room.

Fully stocked chef's kitchen with farmhouse sink and gas cooktop/stove. Microwave, Beverage Cooler, and Dedicated Icemaker. Stocked Coffee Bar with Keurig Coffee maker (K Cups provided) and a standard drip coffee machine. Pots/Pans, Cooking Utensils, measuring cups, Mixing Bowls, Muffin Tins, Cookie Sheets, and a Brownie and Bundt Pan. Basic Spices provided as well (salt, pepper, garlic).

Kitchen has an oversized island that seats 4 people and there is a Dining Room table that comfortably will seat 6-7.

Main level has two bedrooms.

Two queen beds in the main level bedroom with adjacent bathroom featuring a tiled walk-in shower.

Spacious bunk room bedroom down a few steps from the main level has twin over full bunkbed and twin over twin bunkbed with full bathroom and door to the back deck. (There is no door to close off this area from drop zone.)

Inviting Upstairs Owner's Suite with log bed with full ensuite bathroom.

"Bedroom 4" is the loft bedroom/sleeping area on second level adjacent to Owner Suite and it opens to the living room. It has a twin daybed with a trundle bed underneath.

Game room in detached heated/cooled garage complete with Brunswick pool table (w/ ping pong option), 50" Smart TV, sofa, recliner, and game table and chairs. TONS of games!

New Queen pull out memory foam mattress sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping options.

Relaxing hot tub on private back deck with umbrella cover when desired. Hot tub is cleaned and serviced after every guest checks out.

We want everyone to have a wonderful time! Please be aware that using the hot tub is at your own discretion and we kindly ask that you supervise children closely while they are using the hot tub.

Enjoy gathering with friends and family in the comfy chairs around the built-in propane fire pit. Cook amazing outdoor meals on the gas grill, and take in serene and peaceful woods with your morning coffee sitting on the log rocking chairs. S’mores tools are in the drawer in the kitchen!! If the propane runs out during your stay (we keep a full canister in the corner of the porch, there is a market around the corner to swap out for a full one).

Plenty of board games, playing cards, and puzzles for kids and adults alike. Both in bunk room and game room!

High chair, Pack n Play with sheets(please let host know if you need this so we can have it ready), and a baby gate. Back deck has gates and Bunk Room has child safety locks.

The property can accommodate 4 to 5 cars, depending on whether you're comfortable blocking some of them in.

Please respect our neighbors! If you are disrespectful / loud and asked to vacate, there will be no refund. No candles, fireworks, or open fires (except at the provided firepit, if applicable) and No refunds due to bad weather

We do require a separate rental agreement, which we will send a link to e-sign after you book. There are no additional fees beyond those listed here.

High-speed internet throughout the home. Roku TV's in Family Room, Bunk Room, Game Room and Owner's suite. Stream your favorite shows or watch live tv utilizing Roku devices and your streaming service. Entering your check out date will allow you to be automatically signed out of your log in/service. Roku Remotes are programmed to each specific tv and need to be left by the tv at check out.

You can walk to Tyro Slope (.5 miles away) and it's a short drive (.7 miles ) to the Lodge where you get on the mountain to ski.

The Market is right around the corner and has great sandwiches or any items you may have left at home!

- There are minimal steps required to access the property from the parking spaces, once inside the kitchen, living / dining area are all on main level...as well as access to the deck. There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the main floor. One full bedroom and the loft (fourth bedroom) on the second floor.

-We do not have access to the Wintergreen Resort indoor pools/hot tub and spa, but The Moose Lodge does offer things that are not allowed on Wintergreen Resort managed properties such as the outdoor fire pit. The key is in the kitchen. Please turn off firepit when not outside to monitor it.

-We have access to the outdoor pools in the summer (Hours are 2pm-6pm for guests) as well as the tennis courts. These are located at the bottom of the mountain. Stoney Creek Golf Course is a public course and is at the bottom of the mountain as well. Please ask us for information on how to find these amenities. We are happy to help! There are tennis racquets in the game room!

-Wintergreen offers hiking, skiing, snowboarding, tubing, swimming, dining, spa, ropes course, golfing, and much more. There are also places close by to go fishing (check local laws about required fishing license).

- 500 Mps Wifi provided and password is on sheet in the home. Owner's bedroom, bunk room, Family room, and the game room have smart TV's where you can access all your streaming services.

- We provide a fully stocked coffee bar with multiple coffee drip and Keurig options.

- Linens and towels provided. Starter Kit of toiletries (Toilet paper, Paper Towels, Shampoo, Conditioner) provided. There is a local market closeby, but we recommend stopping before you head up the mountain.

- Guest must be 25 years or older to book and guest that books must be present for the duration of the stay. We do require a separate rental agreement, which we will send a link to e-sign after you have completed booking your stay. There are no additional fees in this agreement beyond those listed here.

- No Parties or Events of any kind. Please respect the neighbors! If you are disrespectful / loud and asked to vacate, there will be no refund. Also, quiet hours are from 11PM to 7AM.

- No candles, fireworks, or open fires except at the provided firepit. No smoking of any kind in the home or in the game room. Please make sure you are familiar with extinguisher location(s) before operating the firepit. There will be a $500 fine to remove the smoke if there is smoking in the home or in the Gameroom.

Also, the bunk room is off of a large drop zone area down a few steps, but there are no doors that closed that bedroom off.
