Then you can relax in the fenced in back yard around the fire pit or on the cozy patio under the stars, Enjoy high-speed 500 Mbps internet for streaming your favorite shows or play your favorite video games.

Other things to note
We ask that the reservation be made by a person who is 25 or older. This person must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the stay.

*To ensure a safe and secure stay for all, we kindly require guests to submit a photo of a valid ID as part of our standard screening process.*

**Pets:
- We allow only one pet per stay, with a $150 fee.
- Pets must stay off furniture and beds, and guests must clean up after them. Sheets are available to cover the furniture.
- No cats allowed - so sorry
- Any guests with pets discovered without prior notification will be subject to a $200 pet fee per night.
