Seaside Cottage is a stunning, pet friendly (please see pet details below) 5-star home that sleeps 11 comfortably! We are located in a gated community - We are located in a gated community -the community access point to the sound is a 1-2 minute walk away and the beautiful white sandy Gulf is just two blocks away.

Our two-story home offers four (4) bedrooms, a pull-out couch and three (3) baths and is the perfect beach vacation destination for your family and friends.

Parking is limited to the driveway ONLY. The driveway is located on both sides of the home allowing for 6 cars to park

We provide our guests a fully stocked kitchen that will allow you to prepare and enjoy your own meals while on vacation.

We provide our guests fully stocked bathrooms: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, razors, make-up removal wipes and thick, high quality towels.

The house is equipped with a washer and dryer. We also provide our guests with laundry detergent.

In addition, we offer beach towels, beach chairs and a beach cart for your convenience!

The comfy, luxurious bedding makes it a dream come to true experience!

The large kitchen has granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. The large kitchen table is a great family gathering spot!

You can also barbecue on our gas grill! Enjoy the the large, beautiful balcony with ample places to relax.

Enjoy and relax in the spa-like master bathroom after a full day at the beach!

Our private gated community offers our guests a private Santa Rosa Sound beach as well as a very well maintained swimming pool and hot tub. Swimming pool and hot tub are located just a 1 to 2 minute walk from the home.

MAXIMUM 2 DOGS (under 35 lbs) allowed with PRE-APPROVAL ONLY! There is a PET FEE CHARGE (non-refundable). Contact us on the VRBO message board to receive a PRE-APPROVAL for pets. There are NO exceptions to the weight rule, if your dog is 35lbs or over, they will NOT be allowed.

Cancellation Policy: 100% (minus $150.00 fee) refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% (minus $150.00 fee) refund up to 30 days before arrival.

***ANY CANCELLATIONS WILL RESULT IN A $150.00 FEE. NO EXCEPTIONS.***

DAMAGE DEPOSIT NOTICE: Please be aware 1 day prior to your check out date, your credit card will post a pending/hold damage deposit of $1,500.
If no damage is present after departure, the hold will be lifted 5-7 business days after check out.
If damage is present, your credit card hold will be charged accordingly.

*PLEASE NOTE:
Guests will be asked to leave the property immediately for the following reasons (any unused rental monies will not be refunded):

*Exceeding maximum occupancy. 11 guests maximum allowed-regardless of age.

*Disruptive behavior.
*Bringing dogs into the home without pre-approval.
*Bringing more than 2 dogs into the home.
*Bringing dogs over 35 lbs into the home.
*Smoking/vaping in or around the home.
*Violating any of the house rules as defined in the rental agreement
