The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If the guest is using the garage door opener, please leave it in the kitchen. Street parking is available, please do not park on the red tiles outside of the house. Pool maintenance is on Fridays.
Please throw away trash in pins located on the side of the home. The garbage must be put out on Tuesdays and it will be collected on Wednesday.
Maintain the property clean at all times and follow all house rules on the booking platform and rules posted on the property. Water in second bathroom is cooler than the main bathroom.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Unforgettable Family Vacation at Mimi’s Stunning VRBO!

Our stay at Mimi’s VRBO was unforgettable, and we’re already planning our return! After searching for the ideal family rental, we chose Mimi’s listing and it was a game-changer. Her warmth and quick responses made everything seamless. When our flight was delayed, Mimi arranged a car to get us to the property and coordinated a rental car delivery the next morning.The house is a gem in a safe, friendly neighborhood, steps from Walmart and close to dining options. Packed with kid-friendly amenities like toys and games, it kept our kids (ages 5-16) thrilled. The pool was a hit, and Mimi’s tips on local beaches and activities were spot-on. The home was fully stocked, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with great safety features. We loved it so much we extended our stay by three days! Mimi’s exceptional hospitality and this incredible property make it a must-book for any family. Its also a great option for a business trip, romantic or get away with friends!

La Casita De Mami is beyond gorgeous, quiet, safe and peaceful., overall the owner(s) communicated amazingly at all times & days from the start of booking on VRBO to arriving completing my check out time.. I want to add that Carmen is responsive, great communicator and cares about her family history as well people like myself by treating me with kindness. I am happy to have stayed at La Casita De Mami.Overall it’s close to all shopping, restaurants, Walmart, Mall, gas stations, one hour to San Juan airport, clean house, comfortable beds, amazing air conditioners, with breath taking sunny mornings and quiet evenings and clean swimming pool. Anyone looking for a safe & family oriented home book immediately trust me you will not be disappointed.My mother and I both enjoyed and celebrated our Mother’s Day early this year.Thank you again for sharing the amazing memories of La Casita.
