Boom system installed to keep eel grass out of swimming area! Enjoy this large 2 bedroom apartment with dock access. Don’t pull your boat out of the water - if a storm blows in or you just need a nap! 55 inch TV and wifi, full size washer and dryer. Guests enjoy access to water with a pier. (boathouse slips unavailable) Great for fishermen (women) or a family getaway. Gas grill with outdoor seating area. Located midway between Guntersville and Scottsboro, and just 35 minutes to Huntsville.

4 night stay

Apartment was as shown and clean. Hosts were prompt to respond and very welcoming. Easy check in and check out process. We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful place!

Stay at guntersville

House was very clean. Renters was very nice. Listing appears to be one level on the lake, it is not. It is an apartment up stairs. Listing needs to be updated for accuracy.

Awesome and spacious

Home was great!! Everything was great! The only issue by boat you have to travel through a tube to go under the road above! I have a center console bay boat. It barely fit and then we got rain. If you have bass boat your fine. Home owners were great!

Fabulous location, wonderful owners

Very cozy apt located on the water. Minutes from Scottsboro and Guntersville. Owners are amazing, respond immediately to questions and are able to provide information about local events and tourist sites. Will definitely be visiting again!!

Cozy lakeside

Our son played baseball at Sand Mountain. We were only 20 minutes from the park but was also able to enjoy a little fishing from the boat dock. Super comfy apartment and the owners were absolutely fabulous!

Very nice!

This place was fantastic! Host were fantastic! Fishing, swimming, relaxing....it's got it all. Won't find nicer or more helpful host anywhere. You won't be disappointed.

Peace on the River

What a great place to unwind! If you haven’t stayed here you’re missing out. Rhonda and Mike were so friendly and hospitable. We had a great time. Thanks for giving us a place to get away from it all. We needed the rest and it was the perfect place.

Great accommodations

Nice clean quiet place, friendly owners. A lot of privacy. Beautiful views of the lake from the boathouse. Able to peer into a lovely well lit lake area where you can FEED FISH and TURTLES! Can jump in the water and go! Great Wi-Fi and apartment has all the best amenities. Highly recommended.

Very Impressed

Rhonda was a gracious hostess and the photos posted don't do the property justice - it's beautiful! Though the stairs to the loft made it difficult for my husband (who has mobility issues), we were able to work around this and enjoyed our stay there!

Awesome experience!!

We had an amazing weekend with the family. The place was very nice plenty of room and great hosts. The hosts were super helpful and very accommodating. Brought the boat for the weekend and the lake house and dock were an added bonus, didn’t have to shuffle the boat in and out through the visit. For boaters there is a causeway you have to pass under for the main lake with some height restrictions but wasn’t an issue for us at all. We will definitely keep this place on our short list for a future visit!! 5 starts all around.

Excellent Stay

My husband and I chose this apartment due to its location on the lake. We were not disappointed. The hosts were absolutely fantastic. They saved our vacation. They went above and beyond to help us with some issues that happened with our boat. It was so appreciated. Even though we didn't get to go fish like we wanted to, the location, apartment and hosts more than made up for it. It felt like we were at a resort with the nice accommodations and the beautiful surroundings. I would recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.

Well maintained, clean and comfortable!

Mike checked with us several times to see if things were ok and told us to make ourselves at home. We had no complaints about the property, the owner or its condition. Great 1st VRBO experience. The fish were not so nice to us, this could possibly be attributed to hurricane Irma's recent visit, better luck next time.

Beautiful place and great Hosts

We enjoyed being on the water and having a place to keep the boat, so we didn’t have to take in and out of the water. . Rhonda and Mike are wonderful people as well as perfect Hosts. Making sure we had what we needed and if we needed anything else during our stay.

Weekend getaway

The apartment is very nice, clean and well stocked. All the comforts of home! We were allowed to utilize the boathouse, which was an added bonus! We will stay again!
