We provide stand-up paddle boards and fishing rods, and yes—you can fish right off the dock while the kids play on the beach. // After a fun-filled day, rinse off in the private outdoor shower, relax in the private pool, or gather around the outdoor fire pit for s’mores and stories. Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
TOWELS: Please gather all used towels and put them in the laundry room.
TRASH: Please gather all trash into large garbage bags, tie bags and place in garbage bins in the garage. This includes trash bins at the dock and on the patio by the pool.
LINENS: Please strip linens ONLY from the beds that were slept in and leave on the floor in each respective bedroom.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Per our HOA, No events, No parties, Only individuals listed on the rental agreement are permitted on the property at any time during the stay.

We fell in love with Lake Keowee after visiting from out-of-state, so much so, we moved to the area!

Be careful, there’s something (special) in the water. We first vacationed here about 10 years ago and loved it so much, we relocated our family to the area, building this home for our large family to gather throughout the year. We want others to experience what we have: restoration and connection.

Few rental homes offer the amenities we provide: a private pool, multiple living spaces, private dock, outdoor kitchen, beach (when the water levels are normal) and access to the lake. We built this home specifically for our large family vacations.
