there was shops and restaurants nearby, I was able to walk out onto the beach, there was a pool, it was a great location and amenities!!!!!

Loved the view of the ocean!!! Pool was warm and enjoyable!! Condo was clean and bed was comfortable! Had bikes but we didn’t get a chance to use them. Nice pans and dishes to use. Lots of extras for us. Thank you Andie! Would definitely stay again!

Great location - steps from the heated pool and beautiful beach where you will find all different kinds of shells. The apt is fully stocked with everything you need for the pool, beach or tennis courts - umbrellas, beach chairs and towels, fishing rods, tennis rackets and more. Concierge in the lobby is an added bonus, as well as a very communicative host. Highly recommended!

Home away from home

We had a wonderful two months at Andrea’s condo.It was just the right size for my husband and I and was well equipped,everything you could possibly need.Great communication between the owner and us and always a quick response if we needed anything.

Recovering

An amazing amount of rebuilding happening in Fort Myers Beach and surrounding areas to recover from Hurricane Ian. This was one of a few gulf-side places open, and is still under construction. Best wishes on reopening, building back better than ever!!!

Beach front

Very clean nice unit. Great sunset views and close to beach. I won’t lie about Fort Meyers Beach but it is in the process of getting back up and running after hurricane Ian. Few places to eat on the island but Naples is very close and has some great places to eat. FMB will be back but it is a slow process.

Wonderful respite from the cold

We stayed from March 16-30. First time staying in Fort Myers Beach and we will be back! Our host thought of everything. There were bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, tennis rackets, and a fully stocked kitchen. Our host was wonderful and stayed in touch. Highly recommend. We are anxious to see the continued hurricane recovery progress next year.

Honeymoon stay

Beach is wonderful. This property is right on the beach. So beautiful. The condo is smaller than anticipated. Construction going on 7 days a week. That makes for a noisy stay. Not much has opened back up down here make sure you get provisions before checking in. The owner is super responsive and nice. We would stay again.

Enjoyed our stay

The amenities listed were all present as expected, including the bikes. We did not use them though because the trolley was running, and very convenient to get to the north end of the island with restaurants, etc. We did not lack anything for our stay. My one comment is the condo faces the parking lot. You can see the ocean if you stand on the far side of the balcony and turn around. But Andrea was very accommodating and responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

Thanks for visiting. We do have many views where the condo is situated. Ocean views, marina views and a sunrise. We have spotted many dolphins from our patio. To be clear, if you want the sunset in the west, you do have to walk down to the beach. I hope to host you again. I'm glad you used the Trolley system. I have been told they are opening an Italian restaurant across the street at Santini Plaza. Happy New Year! Andie

Area still affected by hurricane

Condo unit was very nice and clean. Area is still devastated by hurricane so no shops/restaurants nearby. Traffic in area is horrible. Construction still ongoing at property so a lot of noise and dust. Pool was closed😟 Beach is lovely! Beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, towels left at unit for us were really great!

Thanks for visiting. The traffic is frustrating for sure. I did hear that they were going to get a traffic officer down by Margaritaville so as to keep traffic moving. We are 4 miles away from the shops and restaurants. The bikes do come in handy to avoid the slow downs.. I really hope you make it back when things are back to normal. I would love to host you again. The Best

I have been staying at Estero Beach & Tennis going on 7 yrs. This condo has been my favorite. Balcony with bistro table and chairs looking out to the gulf with sounds of waves. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and pans. Comfortable sleeping on king size bed or trundle daybed. Two comfortable club chairs for watching TV. Condo also offers two bikes for riding around the beach or island. Andrea the host was marvelous to deal with and only a phone call away. Well done Andrea ! See you in 2025

Schönes Appartement

Ruhig, super bequemes Bett, schöne Aussicht (6. Etage mit Meerblick). Wir fanden, dass zu wenig Handtücher vorhanden waren, wenn man nicht ständig waschen möchte im Urlaub (4 Duschtücher (1 davon weiß!) 2 kleine dünne Strandtücher und 1 großes dickes. Ein kleiner Tisch auf dem Balkon wäre schön. Der Fernseher sollte dringend ausgetauscht werden. Stühle, Schirm, Kühlbox, Poolnudeln für Strand waren vorhanden. Der Pool war für unseren Geschmack zu voll. Internet funktionierte erst am 3. Tag.

Great get away

Condo was comfortable and kitchen had all we needed for our stay. Nice king bed. The 2 foldable beach chairs were a wonderful extra. We had an issue with internet not working and Andie did all she could to resolve it. She was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Good location ... Santini Marina plaza is across the street and has several restaurants and shops to walk to.
