PROPERTY OVERVIEW Welcome to "The Starfish," a premier coastal retreat located in the highly sought-after Ocean View Beach Club. This spacious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home offers the perfect blend of privacy and luxury, situated in a quiet section of the community that backs to tranquil woods. Whether you are planning a beach vacation, a getaway with friends, or a peaceful remote work escape, this property provides easy access to the sand and surf of Bethany Beach, along with world-class resort amenities. To finalize the reservation, a lease agreement must be signed. Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement required within 10 days of booking. You will be contacted by a property manager rental agent to go over the details. The property owners we represent do not permit reservations for groups under the age of 25.

MAIN LEVEL FEATURES The heart of the home features an open-concept living area and a fully equipped kitchen perfect for gathering. The primary suite is located on this level, offering a king bed and a luxurious ensuite bath. You will also find a second guest room with two twin beds, a cozy den/office space for quiet productivity, and a dining area designed for shared meals. Step outside to the peaceful open porch to enjoy the wooded views and morning coffee. Distance to community amenities: Approximately a 2-5 minute bike ride or a 10-minute walk to the Clubhouse and pool area.

SECOND FLOOR FEATURES The upper level features a versatile loft area with additional lounging space and a daybed with a trundle. A third private guest room offers a queen bed and convenient access to a shared full bathroom.

COMMUNITY & AMENITIES Guests will also enjoy a clubhouse providing sporting equipment to borrow such as pickleball rackets & balls, ping-pong paddles & balls, a bocce set, and basketballs. Exercise classes include yoga, spin, aqua toning, water aerobics, and Zumba. Massages are available by appointment. Additional fees apply and will be paid directly to the exercise and massage providers. Food trucks can be found most Friday and Sunday evenings. The beach shuttle runs Saturdays and Sundays, and also on the following holidays: Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day. Shuttles run on the half hour from the Clubhouse to Bethany Beach (first one is at 9:30 am) and on the hour from the beach (the last shuttle returns at 4 pm).

Located only 2.5 miles from Bethany Beach, Ocean View Beach Club is a treasured destination that will provide enjoyment far beyond the cluttered, noisy beach towns at a fraction of the cost and only a short drive away. You'll also enjoy quick trips to Fenwick Island (6.5 miles), Ocean City (8 miles), and Rehoboth Beach (15 miles). Use of community amenities requires the purchase of amenity passes. Amenity passes can be purchased per person from the Clubhouse Attendant at arrival at the prevailing rate (credit card only).

Note: While many of our rental properties do not have cable packages on some or all TVs, they are usually equipped with HDMI ports for plug-in streaming devices (such as Amazon Fire sticks or Roku sticks). While some TVs have built-in streaming services that do not require a plug-in device, we cannot guarantee this feature on all televisions; therefore, we recommend bringing your own streaming devices if streaming content is important to your stay. This home does not have a grill.

Linens & Starter Kit 1st Choice Properties provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; sets of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths for all guests; and bathmats for all full baths. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure. Please bring your own beach/pool towels. 1st Choice Properties provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, and (1) kitchen trash bag. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.
