This is a darling 2nd story apartment is located in the popular Old Highlands neighborhood! It's a spacious 4 bedroom 2 full bathroom apartment full of character and charm. Upon entering you'll walk up one flight of stairs to the apartment. On the first floor has a fully equipped kitchen, welcoming living space with a 43" Smart TV, master bedroom with a king bed, full bath, and a small bedroom with a full bed! Venture up the beautifully handcrafted staircase and you will find bedroom #3 which has a captivating view of what the highlands have to offer, a cozy queen size bed and a sleeper sofa! Across the hall is another full bath and bedroom #4 including 2 full beds.

What a great location! Right in the middle of great bars, restaurants, and night life. We really enjoyed the space, plenty of room for the four of us. Parking spaces were really nice - directly behind the place and off the main road. Everything was very clean and all appliances worked well. Thank you for the great stay.
Old house with old house problems. Doors don’t close quite right. Can’t close/lock bedroom and bath doors. Upstairs was super hot while main floor stayed fairly cold. An attractive space heater in the master bedroom would be helpful. All coffee creamer was curdled/expired and only 2 coffee pods. I know it’s not a Hilton and has old Louisville charm. Bardstown road has become a drag strip, apparently. Noisy at night until 3-4am
If we didn’t have kids, I would have loved this location. House has a good layout for lots of guests. Two bathrooms. Beds are very comfy. Be ready for stairs. Here was the problem….. being as this is a business district, we had to fight just to be able to park our vehicles. Shouldn’t have to go into the establishment to chase down people just to move vehicles so we can park in our allotted space. And then argue with them that they know the owner. Is that the owners fault? Absolutely not. Maybe just relay to them knowing the owner doesn’t change anything to the renter? We paid to be there. Just tough when you’ve been participating in the stock show all day and you’re ready to shower and go to bed. Again, we had kids with. Cars revving, music blaring and people fighting till 4am is not conducive to a restful nights sleep. Check out is very easy. Our group always does a big clean up though because we bring shavings in on our pants so we try to go the extra mile.
