This beautiful, almost new, tastefully decorated, lakefront home sits just yards from the shore of Little Sebago and features lots of sun and stunning sunsets. From the basement family room the property is flat to the water. The beach leads to a shallow entry and dock. You can bring your own power boat; we supply a canoe and 2 kayaks and life jackets. The large grassy yard is ideal for croquet and other yard games. There are two large picnic tables and lawn chairs. Enjoy evening fires around the fire pit.

About Linda and Scott Freedman
We live in Falmouth, Maine, about 1/2 hour from our lake house. We have been renting vacation homes since our now-grown kids were little and wanted to buy something close to home which we can share with our family and other renters. We feel we've found the perfect lake house close to all Maine has to offer.
Linda and Scott Freedman purchased this House in 2012
Why Linda and Scott Freedman chose Gray
Modern, newer house. Accommodates large families. Nice waterfront. Close to Portland.
What makes this House unique
Great all-day sun and beautiful sunsets. The quiet of the night is only broken by the sounds of the loons.

Wonderful vacation at a great place!
We had a wonderful week with extended family. Property was clean and had lots to do for The adults and children! The owners were wonderful as well. Will stay again!!
A great place to stay
This house and location are wonderful. The house has a great layout - we were close to 12 most of the days and never felt crowded. It has all the basics we always hope for but sometimes don't get - comfortable beds, plenty of linens and towels, a FULLY equipped kitchen with great cooking knives and utensils, lots of seating inside, on the deck, and on the beach. But also, the owners have outfitted it thoughtfully with extra touches - plates, etc. for a full lobster dinner for 12, all the beds have bedside lamps for reading, there are plenty of board games, noodles, life vests, a basketball hoop with basketball, 2 kayaks, a canoe, which we used a lot. Also the owners made it easy to sort recyclables, returnables and trash which is huge when you have a crowd. I can't say enough nice things about this place.
Thanks Diane. I am so glad you enjoyed your vacation at our lake house.
Little Sebago Lake
The house layout was outstanding for our extended multi-generational family. The top floor housed my daughter and son-in-law and their two children; the main floor had the bedroom where my husband and I slept and the lower floor is where my daughter and her boy friend slept. We had separateness and privacy when we needed it and comfortable togetherness when we all were together on the main floor. The kitchen and dining area were outstanding in their setup for both food prep and serving. We've been at other vacation homes and nothing compared to the ease and efficiency of this house for cooking and eating. Food shopping was convenient and nearby and Portland was quick and easy to get to for a day's outing.
What a wonderful property! The owners were so nice and welcoming! The home was well maintained with plenty of space for 8 adults and 3 children! Every need was met. It felt like home. We cooked in the well appointed kitchen almost every night! With a grocery store a short drive away it made things even easier. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the deck, fishing from the dock, swimming and kayaking! We hope to be able to get the whole family together again and enjoy this great retreat!
Thank you! We value vacation time with family and we want everyone to end their vacation relaxed and rested but wanting more. We hope to see you again!
Little Sebago has many coves, islands and peninsulas to boat around. The lake covers 1,898 acres and is about 5 ½ miles in length. Its deepest spot is 52 feet, just southwest of Horse Island. The 31 miles of shoreline along this lake support a wealth of wildlife including loons, nesting eagles and aquatic life.
