We have walking paths and a neighborhood lake in our community. Reunion Coffee House is located at walking distance from our house. The area is great for walking or running.

Located North East of Denver, Reunion feels like we are close to it all but just far enough away to have the space and tranquility that you need to relax.

All beds include mattress protectors and ALL linens (including blankets and comforters) are washed and cleaned before every new guest arrives.

We understand this is Colorado, however there is NO SMOKING of ANY KIND (cigarettes, 420 or vaping, for example) inside or outside the home. Please be respectful of our neighbors. If smoke/420 odor is detected inside the home, you will be charged an extra $250.

* OUTSIDE and INSIDE Quiet Hours start at 10:00pm, please enjoy yourself, we just want to respect our neighbors - we love them!

Furnishings and decor were purchased new and the space has been designed for comfort and function.

Our goal was to make the room a comfortable space with several personal touches.

Great for singles, families, couples, friends, or traveling professionals.

A car is needed to move around.

Our home is air-conditioned for comfort. Typically in a home with three levels the lower levels can be a little cooler than the above. The thermostat control is located on the second floor. If you have any concerns on how to use it please send us a message. We are a quick text or "Hey!" away.

The rooms are fitted with brand new linens, blankets, and is cozy and comfortable. Feel free to open the windows for fresh air but close them when you leave.

We have a video camera doorbell outside of the home for security. There are no cameras inside the home.
