The washer & dryer had left over bedding, the master bed was dirty( not sure the bedding was changed), the place looked like it was being worked on, painted walls but poorly done as paint was on the floor wood frame, the backyard needs a ton of work done to be useable.

The cleanliness and communication were excellent The home was well stocked. It appeared the home is under renovation which left the appearance of the 1st floor and back yard less then expected.
