Access to the beach was easy with beautiful views of the sunrise! The rooms had everything we needed and we appreciated the beach chairs and the boogie boards. Thanks for a great stay!

This rental was so well taken care of and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Would absolutely recommend this place and would love to go back next year!

Beautiful view of Ocean

This 4th floor condo was very spacious and had an excellent view of the ocean The condo was very clean and spot on to the listing. Ed did very well in communicating with us. Really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful vista!

The view out the windows was spectacular! We watched the sun rise and enjoyed the view of the water and the soothing sounds of surf throughout the day. The kitchen and basics are well stocked and the furniture was comfortable. The property owner was good to work with when we had to adjust our arrival day and allowed us to extend the stay on the other end of the trip.

Off season vacay.

Had a great stay for an off season get away. Location was fantastic at the south end of SPI. Less crowded. Condo had everything we needed. Views can’t be beat. I think the complex is a little older but it is very well maintained and our unit was still nice and up to date. Would absolutely stay here again. And the price was fantastic for the location. We came for beach so we weren’t in the unit too much. It was vey quiet.

This condo unit was very nice, clean, well maintained + comfortable. The view is great which looks out over the gulf. The pool, hot tub, tennis/pickle ball courts are in perfect condition. The office / security staff are very friendly + always available to help. I would re-book here on my next visit. Thanks to Ed + Cathy for allowing us to use your condo.

Perfect!

I came to celebrate my 70th birthday, and one of my children joined me for part of the trip. The condo was very clean and the most well stocked we have ever been in (and we have rented quite a few 4-bedroom houses through the years). We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every evening, listening to the waves and looking at the stars. The location was excellent - at the end of the beach so very quiet. The host was excellent. He promptly answered any of my questions. He also provided a very helpful guide for South Padre Island that we used extensively, looking for restaurants, grocery stores, activities. It was truly a perfect vacation for us.

We had an excellent stay in this condo. In fact, we tried to extend our trip by another night, but it was booked. We’re already looking for a time to return to this exact unit again.The property itself is a little dated but that had zero impact on our experience. The condo is well stocked and even had backpack beach chairs and umbrellas (though a sand drill for the umbrellas would make them easier to use). We loved having access to the communal grill. We brought charcoal and cooked out three of our four nights, which was a great way to save money compared to eating out.The location is unbeatable. This is literally the last condo property on the south end of the island, which means no hustle and bustle. It’s a very peaceful stretch of beach with minimal through traffic. The unit itself is close to everything you’d want: the elevator, pool, grill, and the building’s private beach entrance. And you couldn’t ask for a better view. It feels like you’re right on top of the water, and I don’t think it’s actually possible to be any closer to the beach. We especially appreciated that the condo faces the sunrise. Beautiful mornings without the harsh afternoon sun.The host was fantastic. He was extremely helpful, quick to respond to our questions, and happy to make recommendations. He really made sure we had everything we needed, which made the experience even better. We truly couldn’t have had a better stay. Highly recommend, and we can’t wait to come back!

This unit is basically dead center on the fourth floor of the second to last building. There are no other buildings to the left.

This is the second time we've stayed at this property. Right on the beach, and the unit has everything you would need (toiletries, kitchen appliances, oscillating fans for the rooms, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, etc). I do wish the patio chairs/table were taller, so the view wasn't obstructed by the railing, but otherwise, this is a great place to rent.

Wonderful

The condo was great. It was just the right size for the 4 of us. The location was great and the beach was right there in front of us. The condo had everything we needed. We would definitely rent the condo again.

Vacation

We enjoyed our 10 days on South Padre Island. This unit was everything we wanted in a beach side condo. It had a great beach and ocean view. It was well stocked with extras. It was a clean and comfortable place. Sea Vista is very well kept and a nice facility .

Amazing panoramic sunrises and beach views

Beautiful condo. Always has everything you need. Very clean and inviting.The grounds and well kept with a gated entry. Beach is just steps away! Who could ask for anything else! We enjoyed the restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
