Great location literally open the door and in downtown…very easy process for check in. Has the basic needs…only complaint is the light in the hall comes through the top windows

We loved our quick stopover in Apalachiacola and the suite was the perfect location, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in town. It was spacious, clean and really comfortable. Our pooch liked it too. Will definitely stay again!

Great property. Can’t beat the location! Close to all shops and restaurants. If booking in the summer, know that the room stays hot and is difficult to cool down which made sleeping not ideal. There are 2 units that don’t work great and 2 ceiling fans but neither of them go fast enough to help with airflow. Would be a 5 star stay if it had better air conditioning!

Thanks for staying! Sorry you had an issue with the AC, it’s been so hot lately and these units have been running nonstop. I called the service company and they came and cleaned the coils and serviced them and everything is nice and chilly! Next time, please reach out! I’m available and responsive and have other units in the building I could’ve moved you to.

If you’re looking for history, location and comfort in Apalachicola, look no further! This suite was once an office space in a historic downtown building. It has been tastefully renovated while maintaining original charm and character - original brick and hardwood floors, all the way to original doors - hints of historic architecture throughout! Perfect walking distance to everything this beautiful town has to offer. The suite has everything you need for a weekend or extended stay, and has the most comfortable bed known to mankind. It’s also thoughtfully planned out and safe - door codes to enter the building, then again into the suite. Felt incredibly safe, and surprisingly quiet for being in the heart of downtown. Cannot say enough good things about this suite! And 10/10 to the host for response time and friendliness!
