I stayed here with my family for a few nights and we enjoyed every minute! All three bedrooms were spacious and cozy, and the outside space was super easy to enjoy! If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway, i highly recommend staying here!
This place is just as advertised. So nice, and the word "quaint" comes to mind. Great on all ends of the spectrum, prime for your own perfect blend of fun and peace!

Nice, but too far from All Star Ball Fields
Good for a vacation stay, but not at all convenient for daily trips to the Cooperstown All Star Fields.

Most people that stay at my house go to dreams park not all star fields. It’s still a beautiful, drive and much better than staying in the town near All-Star fields. There is really nothing to offer there.
A really beautiful location. So incredibly peaceful. Cooperstown is an easy 25 minutes or so from the house, but you may not wish to leave. Bring groceries or buy on the way, though; nearest grocery is in Cooperstown.
We were in the area for baseball. It took about 25ish minutes to get to the park, but wasn’t a big deal for us. The house was clean and the view on the front porch was beautiful. The house had everything we needed for our stay.
Stayed here with family while grandson played ball in Cooperstown. The homestead exceeded expectations. I loved the porch overlooking the green countryside, and the fire pit to have a campfire. Every room was designer beautiful. Loved it!!
Relaxing, upstate NY home with a beautiful setting and the perfect view. Enjoy listening to the countryside, especially the babbling brook, from the porch. The home is warm and welcoming and beautifully decorated. As a baseball family traveling to ASV, we didn't return back to the property between games due to the drive, but we found a free community pool close to the ball park to cool off and have a change of pace. The hosts were quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed. Grateful for our time here!

Great relaxing place to come back to after a long day at the ballpark.
What a beautiful view!!!! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck each morning drinking our coffee and watching for deer, turkeys and pheasants. The home was beautifully decorated and the pictures on line dont do it justice. We were thrilled after a long day at the Cooperstown Dream Park to come back here and simply relax!!

Perfect Getaway.
This is a very secluded house surrounded by awesome views. The gas fireplace and the wood burning stove are special treats. The whole house has been recently renovated with a modern kitchen. We prepared and had thanksgiving dinner in this great house. Very clean, local to All Cooperstown has to offer. Private enough to see nobody else all day if that is what you want.

Beautiful house!
Pleasantly surprised when we walked in it was very comfortable and clean. Everything is upgraded and very open layout. We didn't cook much ,but everything was there if you do. It takes about 30 min to drive to the Dreamspark . We used the fire pit once to cook s'mores for the kids. Owner was available to call if I had any questions. We enjoyed our stay!!

Thanks for the review!! Im surprised it took you 30 minutes because we drove it many times and it takes 18 to 20 miniutes. Maybe you took a different route there are different routes.
We were in town for baseball in Cooperstown, and we have a family of 6. Due to our baseball schedule, we didn’t get to enjoy the property as we wanted to, but our experience was amazing. We fit nicely in the house, and we were 25 minutes from Allstar Village which was not a problem at all. The house was clean, Ofie was very responsive and kind, and property was perfect. My husband and I were so grateful for our coffee on the front porch in the am! The views alone are worth your stay. Thank you for such a great experience.
Perfect home for a small family vacation…or in my case a vacation to watch my son play at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The house is absolutely as described, the rooms immaculate, with attention to detail…and if you are looking for r & r the location is ideal. I enjoyed sitting out on the farmers porch, watching deer meander on by during the afternoon, and with a glass of wine under the stars at night. There are not shops and restaurants right nearby, but a less than 25 min drive brings you to restaurants, ice cream, down town Cooperstown and to the Dreams Park baseball fields. The host is wonderful. I had no reason to reach out as there were no issues to report, but midweek he sent me an email just to check in and make sure all was okay. This was very appreciated. I would absolutely book again if I ever was coming back to Cooperstown.

Absolutely fabulous place!
This place is fabulous. We stayed during a week when our son was playing baseball in Cooperstown for the week and we couldn't have made a better choice. Such a fantastic farmhouse and the acreage was magnificent. We enjoyed watching the deer and woodchucks come onto the property and walked the various trails to see the countryside, picked fresh raspberries to eat them right off the vine. Ofie is such a sweetheart and recommended wonderful to do in the immediate area. We made it over to the Rustic Winery close by and enjoyed visiting with the owners and really enjoyed their different wines. My wife picked blueberries at a nearby farm as well as picked up fresh corn & tomatoes right down the road. The firepit provided us with a pleasant outdoor activity as well. I highly recommend her place to anyone who enjoys the beautiful scenic drives as well as a beautiful, quaint farmhouse out in the country. Definitely our kinda place!

Thank you for such a sweet review. It's so nice to see my guests getting the most out of the property. I really love sharing my home and I love to hear that my guest enjoy my home as much as I do!!
I almost don't want to write this review, because we had such a wonderful time that we want to keep this gem to ourselves!
But the trip was too amazing to not give it a 5-star review.
We hadn't even left the farmhouse yet, and we were already making plans to come back to it. We're a family of five (kids are 9, 6, and 3), and this vacation was absolutely perfect. It was wonderful to start each day with a cup of coffee out on the porch, breathing in the crisp autumn air, listening to the sounds of nature, and looking out at the beautiful foliage that completely surrounded us. We walked to the farm up the hill, where they were extremely friendly. The kids got to pet their horse, and they let us pick whatever we wanted from was left of the pumpkins (which meant I got to pack 4 shopping bags full of mini-pumpkins in the car!). The hiking trails were beautiful, and were a welcome escape from the trails we hike in NJ that are usually crowded with other hikers. Definitely be sure to check out Rustic Ridge Winery. The pizza from the pizza truck was delicious, and it was so nice to sit outside with a tasting flight of beers and enjoy the scenery. We went to Cooperstown on our last day, but stopped at Fly Creek Cider Mill on the way (definitely get the doughnuts if you stop!). It was an easy drive to Cooperstown, and we'll probably spend more time there next time we come up.
If you're looking for a scenic getaway, you'd be hard pressed to find anything better.

This makes me so happy because my husband and I really care about our guest comfort and we want them to enjoy the fullest with all our recommendations. Thanks josh what an amazing review.
Absolutely gorgeous property and home. Very cozy and quiet. Beautiful wildlife every morning in the yard and gorgeous sunsets. Couldn’t ask for a better place.
I had great communication with the owner and everything was just as described. Great location and away from the crowds but close enough to travel back and forth to Cooperstown multiple times a day. An amazingly quiet stay.
Very cozy and homey farmhouse with beautiful views. Just close enough to Cooperstown but also far enough away to feel private. Well appointed and thoughtfully designed!
My family came out to Cooperstown for my son’s baseball game and we rented the house. It was clean, cozy, quiet and the scenery was amazing!
Ofie was available with any questions and their property is beautiful!
I will be recommending it to other Baseball families who will be venturing down to Cooperstown next year!
Thank you again!
This house was perfect for our family who stayed while our son played at Dreams Park! There was enough to do on property to keep his younger siblings entertained. Host was quick to respond to any need or question. House was amazing, clean, and well equipped with anything we needed. Definitely returning when our younger son fulfills his dream of playing in Cooperstown.

Kal and I are from West milford NJ and have 2 active boys. We enjoy being out doors. We love to hike ,quad, fish, hunt, snowmobile and boating. We chose this property because we can enjoy all these activities. and we love the peaceful area and driving around the pastures and rolling hills.
Why they chose this property
We chose this property because it has always been my husbands dream to have lots of property and I love old farm houses. The views are breath taking. We love to take walks especially on the fields and through the the old apple orchards taking in the fresh air and I love to visit the cows down the road we can even see some from our deck. It is very private and peaceful. when you need to get away this is really a special place.
What makes this property unique
Our farm house is very cozy with 2 fireplaces all wood floors. It has a cover porch with great views. The kitchen is fully equipped with every thing you need. You will feel right at home. Views from every room. Furniture custom made by the Amish with aged barn wood. My favorite is the wooden swing they made for me. Snowmobile trail right at the end of our property that goes all the way to old forge. Open and airy for the whole family to enjoy. Window every where keeping the house bright.
