First floor foyer entry with stairs up to Second floor living area with TV, fully equipped kitchen, dinnerware, dining table, guest bathroom. Balcony facing street with outdoor furniture.

Third floor has primary bedroom, second bedroom, and central work-desk area, W/D, iron & ironing board. Primary bedroom has walk-in closet, TV, dresser, large bathroom, private balcony facing street with outdoor furniture. Second bedroom opens out to rooftop deck with outdoor furniture and gas grille. Second bedroom has connecting bathroom with bathtub.
