¡En el corazón de Alberta Arts de Portland! Esta casa personalizada y bellamente construida es solo un par de casas (¡no bloques!) fuera de Alberta Street, por lo que es fundamental para el barrio de Alberta Arts. Camine hasta Salt and Straw, Pine State Biscuits, Bollywood Theatre, Little Big Burger, Barista Coffee y muchos más de los restaurantes y tiendas únicos que este vecindario especial tiene para ofrecer.

También estamos cerca de una tienda de comestibles asesina (New Seasons), el aeropuerto (15 minutos), el centro (10 minutos), el centro de convenciones (10 minutos), Williams y Mississippi St (5 minutos), la línea de transporte público Max y Una tienda de alquiler de bicicletas. REGLAS DE CASA
* 9 adultos (máximo).
* Check-in: 4pm
* Salida: 11am (los procedimientos mínimos de salida se publican en la casa).
* No fumar en la casa O en el techo.
* 10: 00pm bastante horas los fines de semana y 9pm los días de semana.
* No hay fiestas o reuniones auxiliares de ningún tipo.
* Sin mascotas.
* Estacionamiento: el primero debe estacionarse en el lugar reservado. El estacionamiento en la calle está disponible para el segundo vehículo. Si hay más de dos vehículos, el tercero estará estacionado cerca de áreas no residenciales. El estacionamiento es casi siempre fácil de encontrar.

MOVERSE
Estamos a una cuadra de la línea de autobús 17 que lo lleva al distrito de Pearl y al centro. ¡Estamos muy cerca de excelentes tiendas de alquiler de bicicletas y corredores de bicicletas que lo llevan al centro de forma segura y con el verdadero estilo PDX! Si planea tener un automóvil, es muy fácil estacionar en la Villa y llegar al centro o cualquier otro lugar de Portland al que desee ir.

We gathered for a family reunion. The house is immaculate. There was fresh coffee and a bottle of wine waiting when we arrived. The layout was perfect for our family gatherings. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms. The family room was exceptionally laid out with a large dining table, lots of seating and even games and toys for the children. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could want. Walking the neighborhood to parks and restaurants. Convenient to the airport as well as downtown. We couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Fabulous place to stay

My husband and I spent a wonderful week here with our adult daughter and her boyfriend while visiting family in Oregon City. We could not be happier with our choice. The spaciousness of the main level is just stunning. The plants and decorations were lovely. We slept extremely well in our beds and all of the furniture was equally comfortable. Nice weather allowed us to enjoy the rooftop deck. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful to look at, gorgeous houses and flowers everywhere. Every day we took long walks around the area. Many thoughtful extras are provided which was appreciated as we had traveled from Baltimore. Having a driveway to park in was great for our rental car. Hands down the easiest check out procedures we have ever come across. The highlight of this place is the closeness to the shops and restaurants on Alberta Street. We could have happily stayed a month, just to continue dining out and trying more places!

perfect group getaway

we had a lovely stay at the villa, the house was perfect for our needs - a girls' weekend trip. the one thing to note would be that sound from upstairs travels quite a bit to the downstairs, so if you you have wildly different sleeping schedules and light sleepers it might not be the best, but it wasn't an issue for us! otherwise the house was nice, clean, and well stocked for our purposes. would definitely stay here again!

Our team booked this venue for a company planning session, and it was absolutely perfect! The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for both work and relaxation. The layout provided plenty of room for breakout discussions, and the common areas were great for team bonding. The kitchen was stocked with essentials, making team dinners easy, and the outdoor space was a wonderful bonus. The host is incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for any group retreat or business gathering or just a staycation—our team left feeling inspired and refreshed! Thank you, Catie! Just as described - perfect for our needs

We are a multi- generational family, adult children and granddaughters. The accommodations were perfect and fit the 7 of us comfortably. Lovely large living space for movies, games and meals. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions and needs. The location could not have been better for easy access to downtown, the zoo, coffee shops and restaurants. Easy trip to and from the airport.

Terrific Place for our 9 Family Members

The Villa is beautiful, with great spaces to cook, and gather together for meals, etx. The beds and rooms are all excellent (always important!) and all the amenities are lovely. Communications were always timely and check in a breeze! We could not have enjoyed our stay more. 9 family members had come west from the NYC area for a family wedding, and the Villa was perfect for a few days to relax before the big weekend.

Lovely place to stay in a great, walkable neighborhood

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is fantastic and the owner of the property was very responsive. The checkout process was very reasonable and easy (no over the top cleaning demands). I also appreciated the availability of some kids games and toys as we had our 4 and 5 year olds with us. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was very good. We were looking for a roomy quiet vacation and this was it. Easley to communicate with the owner. The only issue really is the homeless situation /in Portland and the fact that there was a homeless camp directly across the street while we were there.

Fantastic stay in Portland!

We had a fantastic family getaway at the Portland Villa! The location in the Alberta neighborhood was great. Close to many food and dining options, coffee, and more. Also centrally located to downtown Portland, the airport, and Columbia River gorge. The street was relatively quiet given it's only a few houses off Alberta and in a dense neighborhood. There were a couple parks nearby for the kids, and nearby groceries as well. The house itself was clean and as described. Bedrooms were quite large as well as the main family/dining room on the second floor. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials to be able to make a few meals at the house. Bathrooms were well stocked with extra towels as well. Laundry and grill on site were a plus, as well as the roof top patio with mountain views. Communication with the owner was perfect. Would definitely stay again next time we're in Portland!

Great stay

My large family stayed at the house for my daughter’s graduation from college. It was a wonderful home to accommodate such a large group. The home is beautifully maintained and was perfect for our large group. The owner was super responsive and accommodating when addressing a small issue that came up. Although the weather prevented us from using the yard and rooftop deck, those were wonderful features of the property as well.

For fun - we hike A LOT, spending time in the forests with our dog around Mt Hood, in the Gorge, or on the coast. I enjoy practicing yoga and am a certified yoga teacher. Caleb plays and loves ice hockey.
We aim to be super considerate and delightful guests when we rent and to provide a clean, rad home when we host.
