Spacious 5-bedroom townhome with room for multi-family, centrally located

Stella’s Sandcastle is a spacious 5BR/3.5BA townhouse in Kensington Park, just a short drive to Bethany Beach and centrally located to many attractions. Private deck overlooking Assawoman State Park. Enjoy the community pool during the summer.

Keyless entry and linens are included for your convenience. From 6/27-9/6, rentals are Saturday-Saturday. *During the 4th of July holiday, the minimum has been reduced (June 27 - July 1, July 1-6 and July 6-11).

There are no pets or smoking allowed. Per HOA, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Place used bed sheets and towels in the provided linen bag; leave the bag in the foyer.
Return the pool key to the hook on the mirror near the entrance table in the foyer.
Set the thermostat to 75 degrees. Close all windows and doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Stella's place was beautiful and functional! The community was perfect for riding bikes with the toddlers in our family, and it was just a short walk to the pool. The house was clean and welcoming too! I appreciated that there was plenty of seating in the dining area for everyone in our family (ten of us).

Our family of six had an amazing stay at Stella’s property. The townhome was very clean and thoughtfully decorated with many charming touches. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made our stay especially convenient. We also loved the beautiful natural light that came through the windows. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely love to stay here again!

We had a great time and enjoyed staying at your lovely home! l loved the layout of the home. Early risers congregating in the kitchen were not waking up those who wanted to sleep late. There was room for eveyone! We had some great meals at the dining tables, as well as some heated conversations! We played soccer outside and took many laps around the complex. The kids and adults enjoyed riding your bicycles around the complex. The house was well stocked! Thank you for your attention to detail. Your details about what popular events and locations to visit. Thank you for the linens and towels! For the beach chairs and the labels on the light switches!!! We really enjoyed ourselves!We say a BIG Thank you!!
