This townhome has it all. Located in the Pier Village and across the street from the beach, community pool and Putt-Putt.
This two-story townhome is comfortable and cozy home away from home provides a light and airy feel, while maintaining privacy as it is situated with a private courtyard access for entry. Only a few steps to the beach.
The primary bedroom located on the second floor offers a King Bed.
For guests, the second bedroom located on the entry level offers 1 Queen Bed. As well as 1 twin bed tucked away in a the entry way.
This property also has great outdoor space with an entry courtyard.
Garage is available for 1 vehicle, but houses a golf cart that is not available for guest usage.
