This two bedroom, two bath North Breakers condominium is being offered by Hodnett Cooper.

North Breakers condominiums are generously sized with a private ocean view balcony, full kitchen with separate wet bar, and large combined living and dining area.

The community features direct beach access, an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, elevator, and covered parking. North Breakers is quietly situated on a cul-de-sac near the Historic Coast Guard station.

North Breakers 501 is comfortably furnished and features complimentary in-room high speed internet service. The oceanfront swimming pool is heated to 81 degrees during spring and fall months (March/April and September/October) to ensure a comfortable experience throughout the swimming season. To enhance guest experience, the oceanfront swimming pool is heated annually from March through October, allowing for an extended swimming season.

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Summer beach trip

This was our second trip to the island and it didn't disappoint. The condo at ocean breakers was perfect for our trip. Perfect size for our group of 4, clean, and only a few minutes walk to our spot on the beach.

501 North Breakers - Best Stay Ever

Wonderful location to the beach/ocean. No driving just a walk away. Loved the convinces, just like home experience (kitchen and laundry). They stocked everything you can think of. From spices, tupperware, to chip clips to nail polish remover. Two bedrooms two bathrooms loved it! Pool check. Hot tub check. Definitely coming back. Definitely recommending to anyone who would like the beach experience. Thumbs up review! Don’t let this property pass by.

Some problems with unit

Although we loved the property, the view and the location, we would not rent this property again. There are no grab bars in either shower which makes it unsafe getting in and out, and the mattress on the full bed in the guest room needs to be replaced, makes a terrible sound. Unable to sleep on it.

September getaway

Our experience was good even there was a major exterior renovation that began during our stay in the location of our unit. Property management did not give notice of the project until after our final payment was made and no refund available. The noise was very noticeable. The project limited free access to and out of the property. The late notice by management of the project was the concern. We would have sought another property for our stay

Convenient, not comfortable

The worst aspects of this property were that the beds were terrible, there were not enough towels, and it was not conducive if you plan to stay in for multiple afternoons or evenings. ALL of the beds need to be replaced because they were practically broken, including the sofa bed which felt like it might collapse when we got on it. We had five guests and they gave us only 5 towels; additionally management was stingy about soap (hand, dish, dishwasher soap included), paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and laundry detergent so we would recommend bringing your own. If there are rainy afternoons or you’re simply trying to save money by having a night or two in, this is probably not the best place for you. There were limited cookware options, the space is tiny, and there were no games or streaming options; we would recommend bringing specialty cooking utensils, games and a chrome cast. The location was great and the amenities were clean and updated. They provide luggage carts and there is an elevator to facilitate bringing all your luggage in and out. The porch was beautiful to watch storms come in and out and still feel a breeze while kicking your feet up and enjoying a book. You are still close to the pier and plenty of restaurants, a five minute drive or so, and Massengale Park isn’t but a 10 minute walk. All in all we had a good vacation but without a decent sleep on a comfortable bed, it’s hard to enjoy the majority of the vacation so we would not recommend staying here in the future without the mattresses and sofa bed being replaced.

Experience

I was very impressed with the condo. It was beautiful and clean. Location was great! Just walk out of the condo and you was on the beach and the village pier was a very short drive. My family and I would definitely stay here again!
