DETAILS | Spacious and charming three-level home designed for comfort, relaxation, and fun—perfect for families, groups, or a weekend retreat near the water.

Upstairs, enjoy a serene master bedroom with a king bed, private balcony with a fire pit, and a dedicated workspace complete with a monitor. Two additional bedrooms offer cozy queen beds for restful nights.

The middle floor features a bright and cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook or bake, and both front and back balconies. Back balcony includes a grill.

Basement is complete with a home theatre and bar stocked with barware essentials. Space includes large modular couch that can be rearranged into a bed for extra sleeping space.

Two-car driveway, and if you need more room, the community offers an additional parking lot nearby.

Outside, enjoy a small fenced yard, river access and a playground just steps away.

The house was beautiful, in a location close to stores and things to do, but still with enough privacy away from traffic. Christian was very quick to respond to any needs we had during the stay. Highly recommend this accommodation!

Riverside retreat was a perfect base for us to help our Midshipman deal with a broken leg. The property was just as described and was an easy drive to Annapolis. The location was quiet and friendly, close to parks and water. Our host Christian was very responsive and helpful - we were not sure about when we could leave so his flexibility was greatly appreciated. We had a great time there and would certainly return.

We really enjoyed our stay! We had all the comforts of home, and really enjoyed the theatre room. It was nice to spend time with our Midshipman and being able to cook home cooked meals made it even better! Our host was very accommodating too. We would highly recommend this home, and plan on using it again in the future.

This property is great! Very clean and beautifully furnished. The neighborhood is so cute and quaint! The layout was good and had wonderful balconies. The basement became my husband’s mancave with the bar. I highly recommend!!!

Lovely and Thoughtful

The hosts were quick to respond and accommodating. The house was clean and comfortable. My 2 year old enjoyed the playground directly across the street. I found it very thoughtful that they provided paper and tools for eating steamed crabs.

Beautifully renovated house close to Annapolis

Great rental property for a family. Driving distance from so many of the things you want to see in Annapolis and the amenities are close by (5-10 min) and a pretty quick jaunt to DC. The interior of the home is fully renovated and very well done with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs and a third .5 bath on main level. Downstairs is a great mud room area, laundry room, and full wet bar and projector tv style room. We were here for a lacrosse tournament at Liberty Sports Park as well as a family vacation and this place was ideal (only about 15 minutes to the tournament). The neighborhood is a mix of very nice houses and others not so nice so don’t be surprised by that. However, it feels like a safe area and is right across from the neighborhood community center. It’s also walking distance to a cool restaurant on the water. The owners are very responsive and communication was great.
