Pull up to this cozy townhouse and park in your private off-street parking space. Step inside and you’re welcomed by a cozy living room space on your left with plenty of seating. The living room is complete with a Smart TV and boasts lots of natural light. Board games provided for cozy nights in. Make your way into the full kitchen, with all the amenities and appliances you need for a home cooked meal. A dining room with a large table with space for 8 is located right off of the kitchen.

☆☆SECOND FLOOR☆☆
Make your way up to the second floor, where you will find the 3 bedrooms. The primary queen bedroom has direct ocean views and features an en suite full bathroom with standup shower. There's a smart TV, plenty of space to unpack in the closets and dresser, and a nook with mirror for getting ready. The second bedroom features a queen bed, a closet and dresser, and a desk to get some work done. The final bedroom is perfect for kids. It has a twin bunk bed, a cute reading nook with shelf stocked with books and some toys for kids. Also on this floor is a second full bathroom with a tub.

☆☆OUTDOOR SPACE☆☆
This home features a lovely front porch with rockers that face the ocean, a picturesque spot for your morning cup of coffee! Behind the house off the kitchen is a deck with dining table for 4.

Enjoy being directly across from the ocean and tennis and bocce courts! The home includes tennis rackets, bocce set, and beach gear. Stage Fort Park is also across the street featuring beautiful Half Moon beach, playground, and plenty of picnic spots.

This home is just simply beautiful and perfect! The location is perfect as we could walk to the water and park. It was so charming. My father, husband, daughter and I had plenty of space to relax. I especially loved the backyard and patio for my morning coffee! We would love to come back!!!

Nice location! Just minutes walking distance from town and from a nice park. One queen bedroom is on the street side so you can hear the cars from the main road. The other queen size bedroom is quiet. A washer and dryer would be great since coming from the beach there are always things to rinse (the showers at all the beaches were shut down because of draught).

The host was great and very responsive. The place was great, nice ocean views. The place was clean and was exactly what the pictures showed. You are close to town, you can actually walk there. Depending how fast you walk takes 5-10 mins. would I stay there again yes I would. If you're looking for a great place to stay with a great host stop looking and go ahead an book you will not be sorry. I am looking forward to stay there again!!!!

Great location, beautiful ocean views, across the street from a wonderful oceanfront park with a playground, interesting walking trails and a small sand beach to enjoy. Walking distance to lots of great restaurants but in a quieter area of Gloucester - the best of both worlds. House is well equipped with games, beach gear and even bocce balls (for the courts across the street). Prompt and courteous communication with owner. The house is well maintained and very clean.
