Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Return "Guest Parking" signs in the provided holder. (The City of Galveston Charges $500 to replace). Leave all linens on the beds. Leave all dirty towels on the bathroom floors
Empty the refrigerator Please load dirty dishes into the dishwasher Place all trash in the large garbage can located in the backyard corner on the alley side of the house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
ABSOLUTELY NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO TOUCH THE OUTDOOR SWIMMING EQUIPMENT AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON. DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE POOL AT ANY TIME.
Anyone who violates Rule#1 will be removed from the home and/or will be liable for all costs associated with the violation of this rule.
A $500 dollar fee is assessed if the Visitor Pass is Lost or Stolen. Please take care of the Visitor Pass.

The house was impeccable and so comfortable! The pool and hot tub were super clean and heated! We loved having 2 king beds. Location was perfect- we walked to the beach both mornings and let the kids play.
