The location is excellent, the sugar beach resort has nice beach, pool, and hot tub. The resort is generally quiet and easy to stay in. This unit is well stocked and convenient. We really enjoyed our stay.

Clean condo, good air conditioning. Kitchen had an assortment of pots, pans and dishes. Good assortment of beach gear. Centrally located on the island. Would stay there again.

Really great place. Had everything we needed and we really appreciated the in house washing machine. Condo was exceptionally kitted out, view was beautiful and really comfortable. Would absolutely stay there again. Thanks heaps.

The view was a little disappointing. The photos make it appear that you are close to the beach but you are in fact the farthest condo from the beach in this complex. From inside your view is the building across the lawn. The condo was fairly well equipped but the toaster caught fire the third day there. Yikes. It was nice to have a table as we were traveling with friends and were able to gather there for a meal and game night. The building does have an elevator which made taking luggage to the condo easier. The entrance to the condo itself was a bit gloomy and dirty. It was dark and there were spiders that had obviously been living there for a long while. Also, the mats outside the entrance could use a good vacuum. Once inside, it was clean and nicely furnished. It was a pleasant stay.

Great place in Kihei

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the apartment is spacious, very clean and has everything you need (including beach chairs!). The location is great (pool area, beach) and the cummunication with Sherry very goodOverall, great stay and I highly recommend this place

Great Place!

Very nice place, unit and grounds are well maintained. The furniture and some of the cookware in the unit is somewhat dated but not terrible. Would definitely stay here again for the price.

What a great stay at Sugar Beach Resort!

The unit was the most comfortable of the 3 that we stayed in this trip. We had everthing we needed, lots of beach gear, and incredible location right on a gorgeous beach, and central to lots of food, shopping, beaches and more! Very nice unit, quick response from host and lovely resort!
