For the infants we offer a pack and play and lots of beach toys for toddlers and children.

ALL 3 bedrooms have air conditioning. We offer ceiling fans in ALL the social areas.

We offer a large swimming pool surrounded by beautiful gardens and green areas. Beautiful landscape with flowers with lots of trees, humming birds and butterflies.
We offer parking for up to 2 vehicles inside the property. The property is ALL fenced in and it is private and quiet with lots of nature, creating a very peaceful feeling and that is why we called it OASIS.
The house offers a full kitchen with ALL appliances and utensils for cooking and for preparing your favorite cocktails, a spacious living room with two sofas and one chair to have your family gatherings, we offer an inside dining area with a table and an outside dining table, a large patio with chairs and coffee table overlooking the gardens, the forest and the swimming pool. You can choose to eat inside or outside by the veranda. In this area we also offer a Weber barbecue if you feel like having a parrillada.
The highlight of this property is the outside living space with an amazing setting for the swimming pool surrounded by lots of nature and privacy where you can admire many different species of birds, iguanas and howler monkeys.

We also offer breakfast upon request and it has an additional fee. Let us know if you need this service at least one week before your arrival.

We rent per night (usually for up to 7 nights) Please inquire if you need a longer stay. We can accommodate you if we have availability.
Welcome longer stays for up to 30 nights in our low season. Our low season is from May to October.

There is a grocery store 2 blocks away and one other one called La Guaria with everything you may need and it is 3 blocks away.
The beach is at least a 10 minute walk (NOT FLAT but HILLY, not for the faint at heart) or 4 blocks away and most vacationers prefer to have a vehicle to take a cooler with beverages and beach toys, beach towels and chairs although it is not required if you have a shuttle from the airport for the whole group and love to walk once you get to the house.

All reservations accepted with any size of group will have the property private to themselves. Up to 6 guests including children are welcomed

We do not allow events in our property like weddings or fiestas. You can do your birthday celebrations and play music and have fun but no events are allowed where there are other guests invited.

A description of our town
Carrillo Beach (not to be confused with the Carrillo county) has a small community with great restaurants and a couple of stores and it is less than 10 minutes by car from the well known Samara Beach.
This beach was awarded with the 5 star ecological blue flag, only a total of 5 beaches qualified in the whole country for the top rating with 5 stars they went though a program of qualifying great ocean water and potable water plus cleanliness of the town and efficient recycling programs in the community.
The beach is ideal for swimming and absolutely beautiful surrounded with palm trees and lots of shade throughout the whole day.
Most of the homes around Villa Oasis are residential. In our street called Oasis (named after our home) there are about 10 other homes for permanent friendly residents and 2 other rental homes for families.
From our location you can walk to 5 amazing restaurants within 2 to 4 blocks away.
There are also a couple of tour companies in town to help you arrange your activities, one is called Octopus Costa Rica and it is recommend for the dolphin tours and a wonderful ocean experience.
Water activities are the highlights of our town. Anything from swimming, going for a dolphin and whale tour, fishing for inshore and offshore, kayaking and paddle boarding, snorkeling at Punta Indio and Isla Chora or just taking an adventure to the jungle by ATV or side by sides to swim in a waterfall and have a barbecue in a secluded paradisiac white sand beach.
Everyone is friendly in our community and happy to provide great service for people visiting the area.
Samara offers lots of restaurants in front of the water and lots of souvenir shops. There are a handful of tour operators that offer great activities for adults and children.
Carrillo also offers a Gym with instructor, a horse back riding tour guide named Luis Angel that is fantastic and two grocery stores where you can find absolutely everything you may need on vacation from fruits to liquor and wine.
Playas del Sur and Roble that also belong to our town offer a paradisiac experience with a small waterfall flowing right into the sand in the months of May through November and lots of tide pools.

One of the highlights of Carrillo is walking the whole beach which is 2 kilometers long or 4 kilometers round trip. The walk is easy and you will see lots of species of birds including Kingfishers, lots of egrets and scarlet macaws. The gentle walk provides so much beauty. A lot of people like to do this walk early in the mornings to see the sunrises or some may prefer to go for a sunset cruise and swim. If you feel adventurous you can walk all around the Punta Indio rock at the North side of the beach.
Carrillo is a very safe town and friendly.
