This property was not what we expected. We would not recommend this to anyone.
The condo was dirty and dingy. The lights were dim and provided little lighting in the rooms and restrooms. The tvs in the rooms didn’t work and the one in the living room was difficult to turn on. There was gnats coming out of the kitchen sink and we couldn’t get rid of them for the 4 days we were there. They traveled throughout the condo the entire time. There was also mosquitoes in the condo. Everything was dirty. The kitchen was disgusting and the appliances hadn’t been cleaned properly. The furniture was filthy and I didn’t even want my kids sitting on the couches. The windows were extremely dirty and gross, so much so that you couldn’t see out of them. I would not recommend anyone stay at this condo. Considering the COVID situation we expected the cleanliness to be up to par with the recommendations from the CDC. This was a mockery of the Saphirre property and left a bad taste with us. We will not be renting from you in the future.
We loved this condo, very comfortable for our family of 5! The pool is AMAZING and it is right off of the beach!!! Loved, loved our stay - we will def be back soon!! 💕💕💕
This is our 4th stay at the Sapphire #201 and as usual the stay was great! SPI Rentals,condo,Sapphire staff and facilities are all up to par. We will definitely return!
SPI Rentals gave me all the attention I needed. The answer was always quick and efficient.
Some good, some not so much
Started with a city wide water issue so we could not shower or use the bathroom for the first day. Then some minor AC and WiFi issues in the unit that we called and got corrected. And as I went to leave at 6AM Saturday there was a man completely passed out on the floor as the elevator doors opened on the first floor...I tried to get him up, then had the front desk person assist. Good thing my young family was not with me at the time.

We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced as the result of the main water break on South Padre the day of your arrival. Unfortunately, as you mentioned, this was a city wide incident that we were unable to predict or prevent from occurring. We appreciate you being so patient & understanding while the city resolved the issue and as compensation, we have refunded you $160. We want to thank you again for staying with us.
