Newly renovated vacation house!

This home has everything for a great stay. Comfy beds, steamy hot shower, cool/hot AC, modern kitchen with all amenities, tv, wi-fi, washer, dryer, bbq grill, patio, quiet neighborhood with birds singing peacefully in the morning. We are located conveniently between Orlando and Tampa, so guests can enjoy decent driving to Orlando attractions and from other side- our famous Crystal river and Hernando beach. You will have the house, patio and backyard to your self, but the front yard is shared.
Other things to note
There is no smoking of any kind allowed inside of the property. If it is found that guests smoked inside of the house, the charge will apply with no exceptions.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

What a beautiful house. Don’t let the area discourage you. The place is very safe. The host was prompt on returning messages for me. I originally booked for two nights, I extended my stay for 3 extra days, because my family loved it so much and were so comfortable there. I would recommend this, little hidden gem to anyone coming to the Orlando area.I would suggest putting a ceiling fan in the back lanai.Awesome stay, thank you.Michelle
